The reason I'm leaving this review is the customer service. It was outstanding! The three workers I interacted with during this visit were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. From the young gentleman on the floor who approached me to help me find what I was looking for and who subsequently went to look for the sizes I couldn't find on the floor, to the lady in the dressing room who asked if she could put any items back for me, to the cashier who helped me open a store credit card and get an even bigger discount. Honestly, I've given up on finding old school customer service like this when I shop, but this experience restored my faith; certainly a much better experience than what one finds ordering clothes online. I purchased a tiered trapeze hoodie from Free People a few years ago that is absolute perfection: soft, forgiving and hides all bumps, youthful and cute. I had been watching the website for another color of this tiered trapeze hoodie that I liked, such as a deep wine red, but it never happened. However, the other day, I saw a mint green color tiered trapeze hoodie on Freepeople.com that was half off. Wow, that never happens. I ordered it immediately. Absolutely not the same as my beloved hoodie. It is now in a heavy sweatshirt material that is really annoyingly tight in the arms. And because of this heavy material, the trapeze literally looks like a tent. Not a good look. Please bring back the original and best, in a soft French terry,in both black and deep red!

I walk further into the store and the top is right there on the table. She didn't even bother to check if they had it. Free people needs to stop hiring complete losers it would make up for poor quality clothing.
