Stopped in to inquire about some repair services and was met by a somewhat cold woman who was efficient but indifferent and I got the impression that she could care less whether I was even there. It almost was if she were assessing whether I was actually there to do business or planning to burglarize the place. Her immediate quote was priced roughly double what I expected based upon my research with a three week turnaround for some simple adjustments. I looked around the store briefly and left. The displays featured signs stating items 50-70% off. Will not return and I'm certain the proprietor does not care.

I was BLOWN AWAY by her expertise, as well as her catching 2 smaller diamonds on my band and halo missing. When the first batch wasn't right, she had new ones overnighted so I wouldn't have to wait longer. The second batch was beautiful, and I even upgraded my center diamond. Off it was whisked to get fixed and when I got the call it was ready, I wasted absolutely NO TIME getting to the store to pick it up. Upon pickup, I felt like I had just gotten engaged all over again. I could not stop staring at it, and needed my husband to drive home so I could continue staring at it in the sun.
