    Kitty Meow Meow

It was a very tough decision to put my sweet Kitty at rest. A friend told me about places where they come to your home and help with this decision. I called and spoke with Crystal. She was lovely. Answered all my questions and concerns. I was so hesitant about cremating my girl. I literally changed my mind the day of to do a burial instead and she was absolutely understanding and it was no problem at all. Dr Heather came over, was patient with us and was wonderful with us and Kitty. It was an emotional day. I loved that Kitty was in the comfort of her home and that she is still here with us in our backyard. I visit her every morning. I highly recommend Forever Companion. The entire experience was heartbreaking, yet I felt heard and comforted at the same time. I am grateful for the services they offer and the several options. To make things even more sweet I received a beautiful card in the mail from them and I am so thankful for the whole team. Thank you so much ladies! Love, Kitty Meow Meow's Family.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Tungsten. Dr. Elisa and Crystal were absolutely amazing. They are the sweetest, most compassionate people you'll ever meet. The care they gave him and us was extraordinary. Such a hard thing, but made easier by the way they took care of things. We've been so sad but know we did the very best we could for our boy.

My sweet 12 year old pitbull was diagnosed with liver failure, cancer and pancreatitis. We did everything we could to keep her comfortable. We knew it was her time and was struggling with this decision. We found Forever Companion online and went through their online appointment for at home euthanasia and it was extremely easy. They listed everything from care to pricing without having to call. Once completed, we called to make sure everything was scheduled and their staff was so empathetic to our needs and extremely patient and answered any question we had. During the appointment they made sure our Nalah was comfortable as well as us. They didn't rush the process, they gave us as much time as we needed and they were very respectful. They wanted to hear about Nalah and it wasn't just a business transaction. It was one of the hardest days of my life, but Forever Companion made it easier knowing she was cared for in her last moments. I would highly recommend.

It was time to say goodbye to our family member (Spyra the Cat) of 15 years. Spyra hated car rides and hated to go to the vet. So we didn't want to do that to her one last time. That's when we found Forever Companion. They could not have been nicer and more compassionate people to help us with this necessary task. Every last detail was professionally and compassionately done. I highly recommend them.

We had a 16 1/2 year old Yorkie that needed help to pass. The compassion and care from the gals at Forever Companion helped us so much. Very grateful for them.

I called several times to ask about their procedure and how the whole process worked every time I called every person I spoke to was kind and gave me time to cry on the phone. I never felt rushed they explained and answered all my questions there was one question that I asked that the lady that answered was not sure how to answer me. She wanted to give me a soft answer, but I point blank asked her or these two things OK to do. She kind of chuckled and said oh my gosh, thank you I didn't know how to tell you those things. The day finally arrived that we had to make the final decision to send Sammy to the next realm, Dr. Green was the one who was assigned to us. The day that Sammey left. She called to go over the procedures again with us when she arrived at our house. I asked her if she could, please do it outside under his favorite tree. She was more than happy to go out there with us. Sammy was already in a state of peace the whole process without going into detail was gentle and kind. She also gave us time as much as we needed at the end to say our goodbyes. She lovingly wrapped him up in a blanket and put him in a basket. She even gave us a poem about saying goodbye to your cat. My husband carried him out to her car. We were told it would take 3 to 5 days to get it back, but we actually got him back way sooner. I arrived at their location and they brought Sammy out in a beautiful box. If you have to go through this process Heart's Companion was great. We also opted to get his paw print done that takes about seven days or so to get back. It's a beautiful memorial for your pet as traumatic as this all can be. They made it as gentle and beautiful as possible.

Our dog, Lilo Neri, was not "just a dog." She was a part of our family, and when we lost her, I knew I couldn't simply say goodbye and leave her behind. I wanted to honor her and give her the respect she deserved after being such an important part of our lives. It's honestly one of the strangest and hardest feelings to bring your dog somewhere for cremation. When you come back to pick them up, a part of you almost feels like you're going to see them alive again. It's heartbreaking. But this business treated Lilo with dignity, care, and respect, and that meant more to us than I can put into words. Knowing she was handled with compassion gave our family some comfort during an incredibly painful time. Thank you for being there for us when we needed it most. You helped us bring Lilo a little closer to our hearts and gave us a special way to honor her memory. Forever grateful. Lilo will always be part of our family.

After lab results came back the next day it turned out she needed a couple prescriptions. His assistant, Wendy, contacted the Walmart where we were to pick them up. When we got to Walmart they claimed they'd received no prescription. (as it turned out they had) So we went home about 40 minutes away. I called Wendy and explained what had happened. She said she'd straighten it out. Because of recent fires our road to Reno was closed we couldn't go. Wendy called when she found the roads were now opened she offered to deliver the prescriptions. I really appreciated the offer but told her it wasn't her fault but Walmarts and she didn't have to take responsibility for their mistake. We drove in and got the prescriptions and Walmart admitted they'd screwed up. When you get service like this you should let people know. The people at Klaich deserve a great review.

Unfortunately we've noticed that the more they've grown over the years the less care they put into the time and care they put into each pet. One of our dogs had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor and immediately after he was released the wound broke open and the tumor wasn't fully removed, which cost well over $4,000 and the tumor grew immediately and more aggressively. Another time we tried to get into be seen by their urgent care and the receptionist was extremely dismissive and in so many words told us we wouldn't be seen for hours. I understand that vet offices are very busy and it can be difficult to squeeze in urgent appointments but don't offer them if you can't manage them. Ultimately, there are many different vet clinics in the area that can offer more time and care into each pet they see. I would look elsewhere if you're looking for a new vet.
