Sometimes the website says they have it, but when you get there they don't. So don't trust the website. They do go out of their way to help you. One thing I think they REALLY should consider is to add some type of way to contact an employee if you are busy washing your dog. One time, the tub was backed up with hair in the drain. I had to take my long haired dog, sopping wet, out of the tub, take out the heavy drain mat and pull all the hair out. It was a mess. I'm 70 years old. LOL OH and one more thing, I checked the air intake on the dryer, it had inches of hair all stuck to it. That will burn it out. Remind the employees that clean up to check the dryers for that.

I don't have a pond and a beginner with containers, but discovered it's next to impossible to find a container with appropriate width and depth for water plants. I finally found an employee I thought might help, but he was obviously disinterested and waved his hand to one aisle and swept across another for pots and tubs. When I tried to get information on the container I hoped might work, he just explained it was plastic (made to look like concrete). No information on the label--lucky to find the size. For the price, I hope it'll get through more than one season!

Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all.
