CNC never did a spring clean up, never trimmed the bushes, applied 1 single weed application when there was supposed to be 4 and when they did apply it they did it in the middle of the hottest days so it burnt up the grass around the property. The board of directors reached out 4 times to the owner Chad about our concerns who apparently shrugged them off because nothing ever proved so we decided to terminate the contact giving them 30 days notice. They were so professional they chose to ditch out and not show up the last week (don't worry we will be holding payment). 5 weeks of season they didn't even show up now! They also never clean or weed out the garden beds either as designated in the contract. Do not hire this outfit if you have pride in your home they are extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and unreliable.

When I contacted MBS Water Features to ask why my snow had not been cleared, I was told they had decided to stop offering snow removal services. I asked why I was not notified of this change, but received no response. At the time, I had work being done at my home and received multiple complaints from workers and delivery personnel about how dangerous the driveway and sidewalk were to navigate. I have to tell you that this is the worst company that we have dealt with in many years. They were…read morescheduled to come out and attach our RPZ valve and certify our RPZ valve connection. They not only were scheduled to do our work, but that of half a dozen neighbors. Dream assignment....knock out 6 or 7 jobs in one subdivision. They came out as planned and connected the RPZ valve, but then told us that they had to send someone else out to certify the valve. That person was apparently VERY busy and would not be available for WEEKS!! They told us not to worry, because they had asked for an extension of the due date for all of us. Guess what, after several letters from the village, we called the village and the company the village uses to track certifications (BSI). No record of any request for an extension. We asked for the extension ourselves and found another company to certify the valve, along with our neighbors. Now it gets better....we paid them the $ to connect the valve and paid the other company to certify the valve. Cathy from this company contacted one of our neighbors to tell them that she was withholding refunds from those that prepaid for both the connection and the certification until everyone else paid them. Then accused US of not paying (even though we sent them a letter and the check weeks prior). We have gone through the ringer with this company. The owner even called and left a nasty voice mail telling us that we called his wife a liar. I saved it in case they continue to harass us. They told us that they filed for an extension, but they didn't. Go figure! BEWARE of this company.
