Have been coming here for pedicures since I moved into town. Fast and friendly service, consistent in their services and even if they are busy, the staff are friendly. I have not made appointments, and manage to get in for service as a walk in almost all the time. If you are going for a specific service or wax, I would recommend making an appointment. read more

Every time I come here they are always under staffed. The girl who did my nails did a horrible job! They are uneven not the colors I wanted. The one thing that makes me disgusted is that they don't switch out the nail files or literally anything which your supposed too, why are you still in business if you can't even switch out a fucking nail file!! The lady who did my moms nails also did a horrible job, they were so thin on of my moms nails broke the same day and also why are they so aggressive with doing nails? When she was doing mine she kept cutting my cuticles with that nail drill instead of cutting them like how you are supposed to. They don't even know the prices to give you either they just say a random number. I got short nails with TWO COLORS and she said $75? You really think I'm gonna pay 75 bucks for a shity job. read more

Honestly, I don't expect much from a nail salon in the mall, but this place was a little disappointing. They don't greet you, they hardly even make eye contact with you. The 3 pedicure nail techs that came over were incredibly rude and tried to throw my moms brand new converse away, without saying anything! The pedicure they did was so sloppy and left the cuticles a little trashed. Once they're done with your pedicure, they have you sit at this for drying station, but they leave you alone and don't say anything for a good 25 minutes--it's weird and a little awkward because you don't know if you're allowed to go or what. In all honesty, it's not really worth it. We've had a lot better experiences just having them done at home. read more

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! This place needs to be shut down! 0 star review. They are THIEVES! Run far from this place. So first of all, these nail technicians they have do not know how to count money or just are con artists. I've had trouble finding nail salons in the Wenatchee area so I called this salon last minute in order to get my nails done quickly before the 4th of July weekend. So when I called I asked for a pedicure and manicure which they said would be $60 for both. So my bf handed them $60 (3 20 dollar bills) on the table. (Assuming it was for both a pedicure and manicure) So I showed them an inspo pic of what kind of nails I wanted and their like oh no "that's a full set that'll be $80" so my bf gave them $80 more. Expecting to get back $10 since we only had a 50 dollar bill and 2 20 dollar bills. So then they said they didn't have the jewels for what I wanted so they said they couldn't do my nails. So I suggested to not put the jewels that I still wanted a pedicure and a full set without the jewels so they said "okay that'll be 110" so then I proceeded to get my change back (which was supposed to be $30 but instead they gave me all the money back as I gave it back to my bf he counted it and they only gave us 100 back from the the total of $140 that we gave them (expecting change back too) and so my bf stated there was a $20 dollar bill missing. I myself, counted the money and told them we didn't get the right amount back. So they suggested they would have to wait til the owner checked the cameras and when I said okay can I least get my nails done while you guys review the cameras and the ladies all said no and laughed. So I raised my voice and demanded all my money back. They said to sit down once I said I was going to leave. Rude service after I was trying to explain that this wasn't the right amount I was supposed to get back. Spoke to the main lady who said they couldn't review the cameras since the manager was busy at another location so I said I would call the police and as soon as I did the manager spoke on the phone stating he was going to review the cameras and give me a call back and I explained. So I called them back to ask if they reviewed the cameras and they said they weren't gonna show me the video that if call the police then they'll give it to them. We argued back and forth on the phone since I asked if they could zoom in on the video and see exactly which bills was given and he said no. Then I heard all the nail technicians in the back bickering and yelling back on the phone. Now I'm honestly debating whether to drop it or make a police report..either way I know me and my bf are right and we just got robbed of $20 from them. Karma is a b****, these people do not deserve to run this business in this community. They are rats. I'm disgusted by these people. read more

Very bad service. I tried to call to make an appointment but the lady that answered the phone is very rude to me. I was just asking if they still do walk ins and they want me to give them a specific time which I did, but they said they are too busy and hang up on me. Definitely not a friendly environment. Received a gift certificate for this place. They don't have the DND gel colors I wanted which are the 2021 colors. Pedicure $30 + 12 for gel whIch is fine but the service does not match the price very rushed . Came here once for fills was good so thought I would try the pedi here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were in town from Los Angeles for my mother in law's wedding. Her bridal party which included the bride, 3 bridesmaids including myself and 3 girls including my 4 year old daughter went to get manis and pedis. Everything was fine, except one of the nail techs looked irritated. So more customers start arriving and they start rushing the process. They finished all the adults (we all had missed spots on our nails), and started taking other customers before the girls. One of the nail techs (a female) started on my daughter. It was my daughter's first mani and the nail tech was very sweet (at least to us she was. Later on a customer came in, there was a language barrier and this nail tech was frustrated and yelling at her!) and my daughter was perfect. When someone from our bridal party mentioned they were taking customers over our girls, one male tech said okay I'll take one, my daughter went over to get her toes done, I went to get the color to give to him and when I come back he's rubbing off her fingernails that were just painted! I let him know, and he responded in an awful tone "are you kidding me?!". So he began reprinting them. I went over to my mother in law for a sec and he yells out " can someone grab her?! She keeps moving and messing everything up!" I went over and my daughter's eyes were glossy. She was scared and sad. I Told him it's not okay to speak in front of her and about her that way. I looked at her nails and he was doing a crappy job.. I told him I did not like the way he was being with my daughter, and I would finish her nails myself. He said "you want to do it yourself? Fine!" He slammed his drawer and walked away and never apologized. My daughter cried so much. She was very upset and confused at what happened. I just told her he was having a bad day. After this happened, we all decided to leave and give the rest of the girls a little mani/pedi at home. People always think LA locals are snobby and rude, but we are quite friendly compared to the people in Wenatchee. As a matter of fact, when we were outside saying our goodbyes, we happened to be standing in front of the liquor store and a man yelled at us to get out of the way. Wow what an experience. read more

This is my first and last time here. I sat down and "Thi" was doing my nails, she had been very rough with my nails when we started. After she applied the nail tip and they fell off multiple times but she continued to put them on. She than went to file my nails and nicked my fingers MULTIPLE times. When she got the polish she had grabbed a different color than I had picked, I told her when I realized. so she got the color choices out and as I showed her the correct color I wanted she told me no. The reason was "it's color changing and you can't have that." I picked another color and she painted my nails and now have splotchy coloring all over my fingers. Overall my nails look messy, the lady continued to be very rude, and it was over priced for $40 . I would not recommend "Thi" or seat 3 to do your nails. read more

I have been getting a gel manicure consistantly for over 2 years. My mother and I went here on a trip home. This place is absolutely horrible. They rushed us through with our manicures and pedicures. My gel manicure lasted about half a week. When I went back in to ask for them to be repainted, the people who worked there refused and said they would have to charge me for another manicure. I went there because the place that I had an appointment at asked me to come back in an hour and I wasn't having that. They were able to accommodate me right away, but the water was cold, and the pedicure itself was just average. For $40 I would've expected a better massage and better application of my polish. I do have to say, that their nail art is very lovely though. I might go back in a pinch, but I don't think I would make it my every week place. I was given an extremely disappointing pedicure by Nancy who must of assumed I didn't know what a proper pedicure entailed. I was ripped off when it came to exfoliation. She barely grazed the heel on one foot for a moment with minimal effort and put the pumice down thinking I wouldn't notice. When I realized that was all she was giving I kindly inquired about the up charge willing to pay so I could get proper exfoliation. She acted irritated and bothered I asked for that so I said nevermind. Cuticles weren't trimmed and the white polish is messy. She was unprofessional, combative and rude when I elaborated on why I was unhappy. Insisted she didn't have the name or contact info for the owner or manger over the phone after I left and hung up on me. The place was empty. She spent 25 minutes on my rushed pedicure and hurried to the break room to loudly eat. Must be why I was hardly given the time of day. Still, unacceptable. read more

One star is being generous! My daughter and I were in town for the day and wanted to treat ourselves to mani/pedis. The gentleman that did my daughter's nails ridiculed her relentlessly about the condition of her feet (she's 13!). Told her over and over that her skin on her feet was "too thick for her age". One time comment, ok fine, but he said it several times and made her feel horrible. He started her manicure - just shape and polish and he wouldn't stop trying to sell us acrylics because "her nails were too short to polish". I was absolutely appalled. I am 7 months pregnant and haven't treated myself to a mani/pedi in a year and a half. I was disappointed that I was never told the chairs were massage ones and that is was not even offered or turned on. Also, they had me pre-pay so I left a tip. Afterwards, I noticed my heels were really rough. They had not touched them at all. When I said something, they wanted to charge me extra, even after leaving a good tip and spending a total of $50. I said I cannot reach my feet because I'm pregnant, She said sorry and waved me on. Very disappointed and will not return here ever. This salon is terrible, possibly the worst ever. I went for a mani/pedi and after my nail polish hadn't dried for over 2hrs (it was the thick goopy topcoat) I went back and showed them I could still scrape it off, it was never going to dry. I asked to be repainted with shellac, I would have been fine with a small up-charge for the better polish but instead got rang up for $20! To which I said isn't this the price of another manicure, nope that's a polish change price so I guess I paid over $50 for a mani that I feel is their mistake, plus I left with a bleeding thumb cuticle. This is where I go to get my nails done when I am in the area, ninety percent of the time I enjoy my experience and the nail techs are wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the ONE incredibly rude male nail tech, the time he did my nails he berated me for being confused about the shape of nail I wanted, told me that the design I wanted was "impossible" (I've had it done before and have photo's of what exactly I wanted), and then when the girl next to me was trying to explain that she wanted squoval nails but she didn't know what they were called he yelled at her. Every other time I have been I have enjoyed my experience and have had wonderful nail techs, I continue to go back but I would recommend that you try to avoid the abrasive male tech. read more

This was a very unprofessional nail salon. I went to get my nails done and pamper myself with a friend. Both of our nails had hair stuck to them and in attempting to remove the hair, the polish was messed up. Both nail technicians refused to fix the polish and in turn, my nails did not look worth the money I paid for them. Additionally, the technician made me bleed on 4 fingers. When I called the manager, he tried to guilt trip me into not wanting a refund and insisted his technicians did not do the bad nail job. The manager continued the conversation by asking customers in the salon what he should do in terms of a refund or not. I ended up getting a refund but the manager insisted I take the nail polish off which I did not disagree with considering the pain job was bad.
