Not a good experience. Left the dentist in excruciating pain and all they could do was give ibuprofen. I did not feel taken care of.

I had services with this office in Dec 2024 and believed my account was settled at that time…read more Recently, I discovered that Acadia Endodontics charged my credit card without my authorization for $70, despite no recent services or consent to use my card on file. I did not approve this charge, nor was I notified in advance. Additionally, there remains an unresolved credit related to unused X-ray services that I never proceeded with, which I had previously raised. Regardless of any internal billing disagreement, charging a patient's credit card without current authorization is unacceptable. I am now having to spend time disputing a charge that should never have occurred. I would strongly encourage prospective patients to closely monitor billing practices and ensure all financial matters are clearly resolved and documented before leaving this office

Root Canals & Relaxation? At Arcadia Endodontics, Believe It…read more ***** Let's be honest--"root canal" usually strikes the same fear as "tax audit" or "group text with strangers." But hear me out: Arcadia Endodontics flips that script completely. My recent visit turned what I expected to be a dental doom-day into something bordering on... dare I say... spa-like serenity? ~ The Situation: I walked in with a broken and cracked tooth--clearly in trouble, but not beyond saving. Where some might rush to extraction, Dr. Anderson was hopeful and talked me through my options. I was shown CBCT scans (yes, 3D imaging! Not your grandma's x-rays) and detailed views of the internal damage--including a sneaky little horizontal canal that traditional tools would've totally missed. This technology? Game-changing. I instantly understood why CBCTs are mandatory! ‍~ The Care: Let me talk about Destiny. Not just technically sharp and efficient, but a total vibe-setter. She met me with warmth, calmed the nerves I didn't even know I had, and made the whole experience feel grounded and human. From start to finish, she was one step ahead, like a kindness conductor with a gentle touch and sharp eye. Dr. Anderson, meanwhile, is the kind of endodontist you wish could just take over your life's problems. Cheerful, clear in her explanations, and steady throughout the procedure. She checked in often--not just with words, but with genuine attentiveness. She sees you. She hears you. Even post-procedure, the follow-up care was elite. A+ isn't enough. She's A++ in my book. (Shoutout too to Dr. Axx and Dr. Clatanoff, who are equally stellar--having seen them in action) This whole crew is stacked. A bonus thanks to my normal doc, Dr. Axx, who was on vaca and set me up with Dr. Anderson. ~ GentleWave Technology = Root Canal Wizardry If you've ever had a root canal the old-fashioned way... I'm sorry. GentleWave is a completely different story. I've had it before, and was thrilled to learn my case was eligible again. This system is like giving your tooth a micro-cleanse while sipping herbal tea under a starlit sky. I legit fell asleep. No cap. My recovery? Two ibuprofen post procedure and one pill when I woke up the next morning. That's it. No swelling, no throbbing. Just relief. ~ Vibes & Office Experience This office is CLEAN. Like, spotless to the point where you start checking your shoes before you walk in. Add to that massage chairs, essential oils, soothing music, and you've basically got a root canal lounge. The only level-up I can think of would be under eye 24K gold collagen patches and a martini with a straw (clearly I'm dreaming). The financial chat (often the "ouch" part of any dental visit) was handled with grace. The woman who walked me through my billing and options made the process smooth, respectful, and bearable. There was no pressure--just clarity and understanding. TLDR -- What You're Signing Up For: *Clear, compassionate care that empowers you *Next-gen tech with CBCT and GentleWave *Ultra-sterile, safety-first protocols *True aftercare with next-day doctor calls (yes, calls, not bots) *A team that feels more like family than a dental staff ~ Final Verdict: If you're facing an endodontic procedure and dreading it, don't. AE is the kind of place that restores more than teeth--they restore your peace of mind (and in my case--my sanity that the tooth pain was zapping). I've already sent neighbors, friends, and probably the mailman here. If you're not local (out-of-state), I still recommend you find a GentleWave provider--but honestly, if you can swing a visit here, this is the place. To Dr. Anderson and her side-kick, Destiny, Dr. Axx, Dr. C and the dream team: thank you for turning an experience dreaded by many into something deeply reassuring. If I could leave six stars, I would. --A grateful (and comfortably recovered) patient *****(*) Ericka

I've even followed him to Arizona from New Jersey. Neil Zachs is a trusted top surgeon and you are in great hands here. Do your research when choosing an implant specialist . Especially when getting a dental implant near the sinus. This office has the Dental Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scan machine. An advanced 3D imaging tools providing detailed, high-resolution views of teeth, jawbones, soft tissues, and nerves, far surpassing 2D X-rays. The quick, 10-40 second, painless procedure is essential for dental implants, orthodontics, jaw tumors, and wisdom tooth extraction

I never felt any after pain. This was for two molar teeth. My only qualms is the administration team. They have a contact us on their page but they have never answered my question. I have delta dental and they are in-network for this practice thankfully. However I still ended up paying almost 500 out of pocket! I believe they balance bill which they are NOT supposed to do, due to being in-network for my insurance. It'd only be 500 if they're charging a ridiculous amount for a root canal well above standard amount. With my insurance they maxed the entire plan out which was honestly shocking. I recently got a root canal and crown and paid almost 500 out of pocket for BOTH from a different dentist. I even have almost 100$ left in my plan. That says a lot. Anyways I tried reaching out to them to ask about the break down and they never got back to me. A bunch of money siphons! I'd avoid this place. I love Dr. Lammont and his team but administration is some shady team. It's full of young women who are busy chatting with each other and not actually helping patients. Also side note for my root canal they let a student sit in and assist Dr. Lammont. I was not informed of this and not offered the choice if I wanted the student to sit in. The student had no prior experience assisting with a root canal. The student was originally watching the procedure and then they were like "you want to sit in? Okay grab some gloves" and never asked me if I was okay with it. If I'm going to be your Guinea pig at least ask or give me a friggin discount to let you spectate. Student did a terrible job by the way. Kept poking me in the mouth. Hope she doesn't become an endodontist.

I was greeted immediately with smiles from the kind front desk staff and felt comfortable in the relaxing environment of the waiting room. Dr. Ngo is a very kind and knowledgeable person; you can tell he has a passion for what he does! He takes the time to get to know you and your goals for your teeth and walks you through the entire process. Overall I would 100% recommend S&L to anyone seeking amazing dental care! His detailed work and amazing reviews really speak for themselves.

I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all. Every dentist out there should learn his technique. With all that said, I do think the front office experience could be better. If the customer service up front matched Dr. David's clearly caring vibe, it would be 100% perfect. If you're looking for a truly professional dentist who gives five-star care and service, this is the place. Dr. David Ngo at S&L is the only one I would recommend without any hesitation.

It was a weekend and I chipped it and suffered through a weekend of extreme biting pain and got my Google on. I was able to get in that Monday with Dr lally. He evaluated my front tooth and did some testing and no unnecessary scanning and was very honest. That we would have to keep an eye on it and it could go either way but just would take some time and to come back in three weeks and reevaluate. I've had a pretty rough year when it's come to my teeth, two extractions lots of complications a failed root canal retreatment elsewhere, so naturally I was scared to death that I might need another one or I'd lose my front tooth over this unfortunate accident. But the reassurance that if I did I would be in good hands gave me some comfort. However, if preserving your own tooth is important, run from this dingy office and find a doctor with advanced equipment who is focused on saving teeth through proper endodontic treatment rather than wrongfully diagnosing a vertical tooth fracture and insisting that extraction and an implant are your only options. I'm so glad I trusted my intuition, sought a second opinion, and saved my tooth. They even sent my CBCT scan to a radiologist who also incorrectly stated that I had a crack and that the prognosis for the tooth was poor. There was no vertical crack. The real issue was a short crown with leakage underneath it. After only two weeks of treatment, I was already showing signs of bone regeneration, and the tooth was successfully treated with a root canal performed under a microscope using a laser and the latest available techniques. Save your natural teeth, not a couple of dollars. Your natural teeth are far more valuable. Otherwise, you may end up paying even more for unnecessary extractions and implants. Stay away from this place!
