Clean, good ice cream always working different varieties and toppings always full! My two sons love it !

We went in to get frozen yogurt and won't be returning. A group of 10 or so boys came in to get free samples when we were there. The worker gave them each a tiny white paper sample cup. They tried every flavor at least 3 times with that same sample cup. They had the entire cup in their mouths full of saliva and the would put that same cup on the nozzle of the yogurt. They were licking their fingers and putting them in their mouths trying to get the yogurt out of these soggy saliva covered cups and then going back to get more putting their saliva covered hands all over the handles. They went to the toppings bar and picked up multiple toppings and then put them back. The woman working watched the entire think even refilling a flavor they emptied. To be clear I can care less if they give away free yogurt but can we do it in a sanitary way! I would rather her just give them a free big cup to fill once! It was absolutely disgusting. My teen daughter says she will never go there again now. The most disturbing part is corporate said there is no sanitation protocols since it is a franchise. I'll pass on the saliva yogurt read more

Super impressed with the selection at this store! Tried out the bubble tea, mango/lychee with tapioca and it's super good. I appreciate that they have milk alternatives as well here. This area is saturated with froyo shops but Forever Yogurt has the best tasting and the most flavor options. The Lagrange location has a fun atmosphere, popular with the teen crowd. They have several games available to play while hanging out, and converted one of their walls into a chalk board wall you can draw on. Docking a star because the bathrooms aren't the cleanest, and on the last couple trips you're not allowed to put your own samples, the employees have to put it for you and have to kind of awkwardly hover as you decide what to try. read more

While this place is very overpriced, it is yummy. However, I am leaving a 1 star review because of the HORRIBLE way one of their employees treats customers. The two and only times we have gone here, one of their employees made my teenage sister feel very uncomfortable. He is rude, creepy, and not at all appropriate for a customer facing role. It's interesting because he seemed pleasant enough when serving the men in front of me in line. Horrible service! Upon arrival I poured myself a cup of plane yogurt, the machine was leaking yogurt from the lever. Some of which fell inside my cup. I informed the associate what the machine was doing. He replied sarcastically "isn't that what it's suppose to do?". I told him no, it shouldn't pour ice cream from the lever into my cup. It should be pured through the dispenser w/o residues falling into my cup from other parts of the machine. The associate seemed confused and didn't take the time to address my concern. It absolutely disgusting to think of all the bacteria that sits outside of the machine and was poured into this cup. I left unsatisfied and will not be coming back. I was in there with my children just now for Halloween trick or treating which they are offering candy and the girl there was extremely unwelcoming and rude. No hello or anything. Forever Yogurt is another fun self-service frozen yogurt place. I think they are better than Red Mango, I don't think they beat out Yogurt Land. But I do like them better than every other frozen yogurt place that is out there now. We had their pink lemonade and watermelon which was a great combination. I used to love Forever Yogurt but recently I have been disappointed in it. The staff is not very friendly or interested in the customers. There have been so many times when a staff member wouldn't look up from their phone or greet me. Also, there have been several incidents when I arrived at the store and it was closed, even though the store hours said it should be opened. Forever Yogurt is pretty overpriced and not the cleanest. Many of their machines don't work or aren't filled. During the summer they had a much better staff and the store overall seemed to function better. read more

This place just opened this summer and I was waiting to try this place out since the first time I saw the sign up. They did not disappoint. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to learn about how the place works. It works just about any other fro yo place. There is a good flow so it doesn't feel like a crowded mess when picking toppings. They also have many different flavors, more then the red mango up the street and different, unique types toppings. I purchased a groupon for $5 for $10 worth of fro yo and it was well worth. They also have a rewards card, you get 1 point for ever $1 spent and when you get 50 points you get $5 rewards which is not hard to rack up considering it is 49 cents a ounce. read more

Always has excellent selection of FroYo, they have tons of toppings. They have a wide selection of music always playing, they offer family games they let families and or groups play. You can check your Facebook for discounts on your purchase. The staff is kinda hit or miss, sometimes they can be nice, sometimes you can tell they just want to get the hell outta there. I enjoy just about all of Forever Yogurt's flavors, but my wife is partial to peanut butter yogurt, which isn't always featured (hint, hint), so I have gotten into the habit of calling ahead...just to be sure. This afternoon, when I called, peanut butter was just need of the featured flavors (yeah!), but when I got there, the owner apologized, saying that they had to take the PB offline for cleaning. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option! I came here earlier this week with my son to get some frozen yogurt before picking up my other children from school. We got there at 2 right when they were supposed to open according to google and the girl at the counter had the door locked and the lights off. I tried to get her attention and she ignored me and continued to text on her phone. After standing there for about 10 minutes she finally came to the door and unlocked it and walked away without even greeting me. I asked her for samples and she only handed me two small cups. My two year old accidentally spilled some of his yogurt on the floor and the girl just rolled her eyes and wiped it up with a napkin. Also the toppings were left messy from the night before and had crumbs everywhere. There was gnats flying all around the toppings by the front and the place had a foul smell. After the yogurt I took my son to the bathroom and had to change his diaper on the dirty floor because they have no changing table! The employee had such an attitude the entire time and even when I came out of the bathroom she told me I wasn't allowed back there and that the back area was closed. I told her I was using the bathroom and she continued to tell me to go back the the front. I will never come to this place again! I LOVE this place. There's so many flavored and toppings. Every time I get the same thing, pistachio yogurt with sprinkles. The workers and owner are incredibly nice, they were out of pistachio for weeks and the owner told me that they would make sure they had it the next time they had placed there order. I was actually too full from dinner to order a proper serving of yogurt here, but I did sample three flavors. Tart: I thought this tasted like cream cheese, which weirded me out a little. It was different from the expected Asian-tart flavor. I'd give this a rating of . Green Tea Honey: literally tastes like the name, so this gets a 5/5. Mango: 5/5, for being so delicious and true to the mango flavor. I'm slightly apologetic for trying more than two flavors (sorry-not-sorry), but after the Tart, I just felt disappointed and knew I needed to try one more... Thought my kids were crazy to pop in for an after school snack on a cold day.....boy was I wrong. The Hot Chocolate was too delicious thanks to the employee Meliza who recommended it! Good Fro Yo in an awesome local spot! It always seeming busy so it might not be the fastest trip but well worth the short wait.

Went here at 7 pm on a Thursday and they had no basic flavors. No chocolate, no vanilla, etc. Poor planning.

So, in general, its good. My wife and I loooove froyo but honestly, I found it hard to find a great flavor. The dutch chocolate was great but I wasn't particularly impressed with the flavours. The location is amazing! It is in the middle of a couple of cute shops and during the weekend it is filled with families and kids running around. It's a fun location but the flavours aren't impressive. read more

This review is not necessarily about the yogurt, more about the non-family friendly atmosphere. The yogurt and toppings were pretty good. However while dining at the Lagrange location on a Saturday afternoon music with many obscenities was playing. My young children even noticed the swear words and questioned why they were playing these songs. I consider Lagrange a family community where I would think visiting a frozen yogurt shop on a Saturday afternoon in the summer would be a family friendly place to visit. I reached out to Forever Yogurt about this issue and never heard back? Forever Yogurt needs to monitor the atmosphere in their stores, I would say especially during the day read more

Last night my son and I went for some yogurt and stumbled across this forever yogurt place. The yogurt was amazing, the toppings were endless my son loved it!! The place is clean but most of all the two young ladies working there were so friendly and outgoing I would go there again just to receive the customer service they provided! Outstanding hiring job! It's really hard to get young people who care about their jobs and these two girl were above the rest! We had a 7th birthday for our daughter with 15 girls. Wonderful space for a party and more than enough room to bring in entertainment (we went with our favorite magician, Frankie Ace) and food.
