The very detailed directions to her place were excellent, and didn't have any issues finding her building nor with parking either. My appointment started right on the time I scheduled it, no waiting - that was a plus! Right off the bat, she greeted me with the most welcoming and friendly attitude into her beautifully decorated studio, that I felt I was going into Barbie's glam room - very posh! I was excited to be there because I've gotten to the point in my pregnancy where I can't shave "down there" anymore - and I really needed to get rid of the hair, but at the same time I was also nervous because I didn't really know what to expect pain-wise. Luckily, Jill was very personable and explained everything before starting the session, she made me feel as I've known her forever! She also talked to me during the course of the session which really helped during the most intense moments of the waxing, and overall the whole deal was very manageable especially having some good laughs in between with Jill while she was working on me. The session lasted about 20 minutes, or could've been less, easy peasy! I truly enjoyed my visit, and hands down - I will totally go back to Jill for all future waxes, she left me with baby smooth skin and feeling extremely satisfied with my first ever Brazilian Wax! It is a very nice, clean, bright salon with friendly stylists. Taylor is the only stylist who installs the tinsel. She did an excellent job with the tinsel and the my new hairdo. I had not had my hair cut for some time and needed a fresh look. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she delivered. Taylor thinned my hair and cut off at least 6 to 8 inches.
