    Birria Tacos

We came for a little celebration and we had a great time. I love that you have the option to sit inside or outside. The outside is still covered so you're not basking in the heat. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest to us and gave all of her recommendations. We got the table side guac which was made to order. It was so cute how they pull up a table and make the guac right in front of you and how you like it. My birria tacos were also a perfect size which I loved. After we ate we went to the speakeasy which was an absolute vibe. I just wish they had some more drink options in the speakeasy

We were out for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The location was not very busy and it was nice enough outside that we chose to sit outside. They have a huge outdoor seating area and tons of fans all over the area and it's covered so definitely get some shade. The inside is also highly air-conditioned - we chose not to sit in there like I said because it was a nice day out. They do have a bar area and they do have outside seating at the bar as well as inside. Service was good! once we sat down, our server quickly, came and took our order. Because we were there for lunch they do have a lunch menu with specials on it. We were very impressed with the overall size of the lunch portions for the value. I got the Mexican chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. It's a mix of kale and Romain lettuce with corn, cheese and a Mojo marinated chicken. Chicken was very soft very moist and really delicious. We also got the guac which for lunch special is only $10. The guacamole was really good and the chips are good too. My husband got the pollo lunch dish - which is marinated chicken with beans and rice. The size of the chicken was perfect and pretty large for lunch portion. He enjoyed the dish very much. We also got a Mexican candy shot - sweet but delicious! It's watermelon vodka (maybe) and agave and something else with a tanji rim. A little sweet and a little spice. Very good! We really enjoyed the food and would go back again for lunch. The value was great!

We've been holding off on trying Agave Bandito for a bit since I was hearing mixed reviews from friends that visited when they first opened, hoping they've ironed out the details and improved. Starting off with the pros, the atmosphere is wonderful and unique with plenty of seating including indoor and their covered outdoor patio. We were seated outside on the patio and it was a lovely day. The service was great, we were seated quickly, our service was extremely attentive, and who seems to be the manger did a lovely table-touch to check in on us during the meal. We went for dinner and as the sun was setting, they lifted the patio screens and made the ambience very pleasant. Our server immediately took our drink orders and returned with free chips and salsa, which they were on top of refilling through the meal if needed. We agreed that the drinks were probably the best part of the meal. My fiancé enjoyed his tequila old fashioned and I had a refreshing prickly pear mocktail. The food was very ok. I ordered the chicharron tostones as my entree even though it's technically a starter. You get two tostones topped with a couple thin sliced pieces of chicharron for $16, which was definitely not worth it since half of it was nearly inedible due to the tostones being hard as rock. They were also place on top of a mayo-based sauce that did not go well with the flavors and was overpowering since it was drowning in the sauce. My fiancé ordered the chimichanga, and the portion size was huge. It had a decent amount of meat and a TON of rice, which he was ok with since he loves rice, but would have been way too much for my personal liking. Overall, all of the flavors were very meh and fell a little flat for me. We agreed that we would maybe come back and try out other meal items, or at least come back to enjoy drinks out on the patio. Also curious about their hidden speak easy so we will likely return for that and not the food.

My mom and I come here at least once a week when we have the same days off together. The service is impeccable, the food is fantastic, and the drinks always hit the spot. We decided to stop around the time they had ladies night and the music is always bomb. We sat in a boot and I got the fajitas as always, and she got the chicken adobo quesadilla. It is located in the Windermere/Hamlin area near Homestead brewery and Ford's garage. 10/10 I believe Crystal was on server; She was amazing.

Agave Bandido wasn't the best restaurant I've been to, but definitely not the worst either--it just felt kind of middle-of-the-road. I ordered the mahi-mahi, and I'll give credit where it's due: the fish itself was excellent. It was flavorful, tender, and practically melted in my mouth. Unfortunately, the rice it came with didn't match that quality at all. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while and was just reheated--kind of hard and not a great pairing with such a soft, well-cooked fish. I also tried the steak with chimichurri, which was really good. The meats that the restaurant serves seems to be where they shine--well-seasoned and full of flavor. But again, the sides didn't hold up. The yuca fries tasted like they had either been over-fried or refried, giving them a slightly stale taste. Overall, the drinks were good and the service was solid, which I appreciated. But the inconsistency between the mains and sides was a bit of a turn-off. I might come back if I'm in the area, but it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again.

I have to give this place a 10/10 The churrasco was one of the best churrasco I have ever had. It was amazingly seasoned, the rice was amazing. This is the best dish i've had in a long time. The staff is amazing as well!

You ever walk into a place and think, "Oh yeah... this is about to be the one"? Like the kind of spot where you mentally start drafting your five-star review before the chips even hit the table? That was me at Agave Bandito. Warm welcome. Smiles all around. The kind of energy that makes you feel like you just got invited to a party you didn't even know you were cool enough to attend. Then you look around... and yeah, they got it right. Especially the outside. Kewl, laid-back, margarita-in-hand kind of vibe. The type of place where time slows down just enough for you to order another round you didn't plan on. And then... plot twist. Let's talk about the hero of the night first, because it deserves its own spotlight. The tableside guacamole. Pro tip, no actually--mandatory move: get it. They make it right there, dial it in to your taste, and for a brief shining moment, everything makes sense in the world again. The chips? Light seasoning, maybe a little tajín action going on. Crunchy, bright, addictive. This is the part where you lean back and say: "Okay... now THIS is what I came for." And that line right there? That's the peak. Because after that... things start to drift. The yucca fries showed up like they forgot why they were invited. No salt. No pop. Just... present. My burrito? Massive. Impressive. The kind of portion that makes you feel like you got a deal. But flavor-wise? It felt like it was holding back. Like it had a personality in there somewhere but decided not to share it. Then the plantains... man. Visually, they were flirting with greatness. But one bite in and you realize they leaned a little too hard into the char. Borderline burnt... and somehow still missing flavor. That's a tough combo to pull off. Micro twist? I kept going back to the chips and guac like it was going to fix everything. It didn't. But I respected the effort. Here's the thing. This place wants to be great. You can feel it. The vibe is there. The service is there. The setup is honestly a home run. But the food? It just never quite shows up to match the energy. And that's what makes this one sting a little. Because Agave Bandito isn't bad. It's just... average in a place that's begging to be memorable. Three stars. Tons of potential. Just waiting on the flavor to catch up.

Today, I finally got to check out Agave Bandido as I am fairly new to the area. I had been to the restaurant next door but this place really caught my eye. The place is beautifully decorated inside and out. I went for lunch but there were main guests sitting outside enjoying their meals. I chose to outside with my friends since the weather was nice. Our server was very attentive. We started out with complementary chips and salsa and chose to get the tropicoco martini and the hibiscus coconut margarita (pictured). My friend got tacos, and I got an adobo chicken chimichanga. Everything was very flavorful and the portions were big. We definitely left full and happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Food: The food here is always fresh, excellent, and fun to experience. Service: Always friendly, inviting, and attentive to your needs and dining experience. Ambience: Dark and mysterious with a feel of excitement. Do not forget to visit a special room while you are there.

Friends say this was the best Mexican place but I don't agree. It was ok. Our server was great. She kept the chips and salsa coming. My chicken enchiladas was missing some sort of flavor. Sangria no notes. I would come back and try it again.

We came in for Taco Tuesday, and absolutely loved the atmosphere! There is outdoor and indoor seating, a very cool bar and pur server Drew was phenomenal! I had the combo tacos which included carnitas, steak and shrimp. My favorite was the shrimp. Maddie had the steak quesadilla and she really enjoyed it. The vibe is very cool here as well - interesting lamps, seating and colors.

We live in the area and come often. Today we were surprised by a Mariachi band!! So awesome!!! I ordered a beef burrito which was fantastic and plenty of food for me. My wife ordered the chicken nachos...she loved the chicken here!! Our server was fantastic as well!! Great place for sure!!

OMG! The food and service was amazing! Our server was Isas and she was so friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. I had the smash burger which had guacamole, cheese, pico de gallo, and fried jalapenos along with tajin fries....so yummy. My husband had the burrito bowl with carnitas. Isas suggested the cilantro lime rice instead of the Mexican rice and she was right! So tasty. The restaurant had beautiful murals painted on the wall. There is a large, cozy, covered outdoor area to eat and relax. We will definitely be back again and hopefully, Isas will be our server as well!

There are activity areas that include a playground for younger children and another area with table tennis, foosball, and cornhole. Then there's the miniature golf area. Unlike "traditional" miniature golf courses filled with obstacles like windmills, the holes here are miniatures of actual golf courses. They have fairways, sand traps, and roughs. The fairways are not level; you have to plan for breaks. The course is automated. Each hole has an electric sign showing statistics for the hole such as its par, distance, and difficulty. It also displays the number of aces and the average number of strokes for the hole that day. There's an app that players can use to keep score that feeds the displays. There are two separate 18-hole courses. Players can order drinks while playing and have them delivered while playing. There are misting fans that provide a cool, refreshing breeze on hot summer days. Following play, I went into the air-conditioned pub. They have a decent selection of drinks and pub food. Their beer selection includes several draft, craft beers. I had a glass of mango wheat beer and a hummus platter. Both hit the spot on a hot summer day. Their printed menu does not have prices. However, there are little plaques that have a QR code to view the menu with prices. Play is not inexpensive. The fee to play is $25, but customers can play all day. There are packages that allow return visits over a period of time that are more economical. I visited late weekday mornings and was able to play uninhibited by others. I enjoyed my visit and will likely sign up for one of their packages that allows repeat visits.

In order to have the gift cards transferred I needed to get in touch with Clermont and Alexa to first confirm and then have the $300 transferred. I called the Clermont studio and also sent an email.
