The store stand behind their products and their techs always took time to help me with any mechanical issues with my bike, helped me understand the bike language and assisted with dialing my bike in for the best setup for me while racing and always made sure my bike was ready for my next race. Little Ed's also impressed me with their involvement in the community through sponsoring or taking apart in a variety of community/environmental fund raising events, free skill development programs and group rides for all abilities and experience levels. After multiple issues, I went back and bought a second pair from them. The staff assured me these bindings would be sturdy and reliable. Unfortunately, the very first time I used the second pair, they snapped and broke. When I brought them back, I was told I would need to pay for replacement parts, and they even claimed that "this happens all the time." I'm truly disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

I visited epic cycles a couple weeks ago to test ride a few E-bikes I called in advanced to see if…read morethey were opened on Saturdays. The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. I tried to contact Cycle solutions immediately but they didn't respond... this is the second issue I had after tuneups..the first one was a loose brake pad! Now I learned my lesson!!! There was a miscommunication and instead of resolving it with me, the store owner blamed it on me (the customer) which I'm paying for a service and was treated rudely. When I got my bike the tires weren't pumped and the chain wasn't greased and had ask for that to be done when it should be already be done! Honestly, with the amount they had already charged me and making me come back twice and how rudely I was treated, I won't be going back there again...It's too bad as it was a decent cycle shop before they had poor communication skills and start blaming on the customer and stopped doing decent extra work like pumping the tires and greasing the chain after a service. I will go elsewhere next time.
