Brian at the Forks carefully guided us through all the models and features, and broke the technical specs down into terms that meant something to us: comfort, speed, and performance. He made it so simple and easy to choose - no wonder since he has been in the bike business for 20 years including manufacturing ultra high-end racing bikes. He had access to all the best bikes in the business. There is a fine selection in the store, but he ordered in special models that were exactly suited to our needs. He specializes in Norco and Cannondale and they have hundreds and hundreds of models that you can order in, so you can get basically anything you want, from the top racing technology right down to affordable everyday bikes. Beyond that he has aftermarket parts and accessories to customize your ride further. If you come in on Monday and the bike you want isn't in stock, he'll have your bike ordered and ready by the weekend. Our three bikes were expertly assembled and we couldn't be happier with them. Brian also opened the store late so we could pick them up at a time that was convenient for us, and helped load them on our bike rack. You can buy bikes from anywhere - I have even seen them in grocery stores. But who assembled them? How good are the components? What kind of service would you get if there is a warranty problem? Little Ed's also impressed me with their involvement in the community through sponsoring or taking apart in a variety of community/environmental fund raising events, free skill development programs and group rides for all abilities and experience levels. After multiple issues, I went back and bought a second pair from them. The staff assured me these bindings would be sturdy and reliable. Unfortunately, the very first time I used the second pair, they snapped and broke. When I brought them back, I was told I would need to pay for replacement parts, and they even claimed that "this happens all the time." I'm truly disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. It's worth the drive to Toronto, or wherever you have to go, to avoid Cycle Electric.
