However, after several phone calls, I was either told the person responsible for refunds was too busy or not in the office. Eventually, I was told no refund would be issued at all. First, they promised half, and then nothing. I find this level of dishonesty and lack of accountability completely unacceptable, especially since only blood work was performed. For a doctor's office to behave this way is deeply disappointing and unethical. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. BE AWARE before considering this office.
