After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I'm pursuing further action, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
