He has also shown a cautious attitude and taken a proactive approach with me, which I find to be great. However, when a doctor answers his cellphone in front of a patient and the incoming call is not from someone in dire need of assistance, but instead from his POOL GUY that is fixing his jacuzzi and cleaning the tile grout of his pool, I have a problem. Come on! How disrespectful! I consider that to be unacceptable. He could've stepped out of the room, at least. Aside from that he's very brief and seems to always be in a hurry. I personally don't like that. On to the office... The receptionist and medical assistants, with the exception of the foreign MA, are both quite rude. I have known to be on hold with them for more than 10 minutes, and that's when I get lucky to have someone answer my call. They are extremely unprofessional, talking loudly about personal things in front of patients, etc. Last time I was there, when I arrived and cordially said good morning upon signing in, the receptionist didn't even look up at me to greet me. Really? They don't teach that in Reception 101 class? The wait is always ridiculous...I'm talking about at least an hour and a half before going in to see the doctor.
