They moved every piece of furniture, absolutely no bait and switch on the pricing, he used a professional Rake carpet when done which removes so much of the debris from the process. Incredibly, a deep steam pre treatment is always included and they use a bio degradable enzyme solution for an excellent deep clean process. They said they also do tile and grout. I was very satisfied with the result and days later looking at it from every different angle, hiring this company was definitely the best choice I could've made. Great job!

Hi, AVOID using or hiring: Steamin Deamin Carpet Cleanin, Inc…read more My home is a 2020 home brand new, the carpets gets cleaned every 6 months by myself using a home steam machine, but wanted a "professional cleaning" to remove some minor stains. I called them since I got an add in the paper, they came and the $70 job was raised to over $500, since they were going to do "deep scrub" apply "Scotch Guard" and "most furniture moved". I declined the "sanitizer" so the price came down to a bit less than $400 . They only added water from my sink to their machine, regardless of adding sanitizer or scotch guard to it. (1.s alarm) They really did NOT scrub the carpets, just soaked them in water, their machine leaks so, a LOT of water was left, they said should dry in about 6 hours, took over 20 hours to get them dry. NO furniture was moved at all, only they 'TILTED" a sofa and a love seat. No receipt was provided at all, only allowed to take a picture with my phone to the "ESTIMATE SHEET ONLY" that is a piece of paper covered by plastic and used over and over, also has an item "ADJUSTMENTS" and it was added a 7% as sales tax, but NOT reflected on the tax line. The carpets were left soaked and wet and dirty. Only CASH payment allowed or check, no credit cards. I called them up the next day (06/17/2023) to let them know about the need of valid receipt and doing the job properly. They stated will be coming back 06/26/2023 to re do them, that day, they did them in less than 20 minutes, also show them the scratches done by the hose in the hall, and just a "sorry" was provided. Started using TEXT so I could have a "paper trace" of the interactions with them. They offered a gallon of paint and $100 refund no later than 07/05/2023. So far as of today (07/26/2023), they stopped responding and has not honored the "WORD" given on 06/28/2023 and 06/29/2023. So, if you want to loose your money and not have the job done properly then call them, otherwise DON"T. UPDATE: 08/02/2023: Placed a claim with the BBB back at the beginning of July they finally replied to the BBB with only a $100 refund and that is NOT acceptable to me, they offered Scothgard that was NEVER applied, offered Deep Scrub never done, charged me 7% as adjustments (avoiding paying taxes I will guess), and they damaged the wall in the hall.
