They confirm the upcoming appointment and alert you when the technician is actually on the road en route to your home. They photograph everything before and after, even the inside of the ductwork going up to the roof and the inside of the dryer. The technician went up on the roof to make sure the flap baffle is properly sealed and working correctly and cleaned. Extremely careful and respectful about the interior and exterior of the house while he is working. I've done this work myself in other houses we've owned and I can say it's a great value for the money! And trustworthy: after the initial service they performed, we scheduled for the following year, which was the service he did today. Had tenants move right in and never mentioned the HOT/COLD shower valves in BOTH showers were plumbed backwards. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! I called Torri and they said the installation was out of warranty! Not a warranty issue anyway! Poor workmanship and they wont stand behind their work obviously. Unfortunately not an easy fix the walls have to be opened up!
