She made me wait outside although the appointment says arrive 10 min early. So I let that one slide. Because some other people got there early to and she opened up the door. Well I arrived again today on 12/08/24. My appointment was at 11 and again 1 arrived early, yet again this person made me wait outside until 11 So I canceled bot of .y appointments and my membership. This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen.
