Well I arrived again today on 12/08/24. My appointment was at 11 and again 1 arrived early, yet again this person made me wait outside until 11 So I canceled bot of .y appointments and my membership. This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. There's red light therapy which is going to be a hit or miss on people and even less effective for darker skinned individuals and males. There's compression therapy which is great for extra blood flow; so that covers people who are over using certain body parts as well as under using. Massage gun and stretching. If you consider yourself a living person, you need this every one in a while. They do a great job in making sure you're stretched out and feeling good. You WILL feel better after this. If you consider yourself an athlete, you might even need to come here every couple months or more frequently depending on how intense your training is. THIS IS THEIR BEST SERVICE. Don't be a fool and ignore aching joints, tendons, and over tensed muscles. Go there, get a day pass.
