There is parking at the back of the property (can park around 10 vehicle). The property is nicely decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. Hubby and I ordered a 45 minute foot massage at $48 comprises of soaking of feet, neck/shoulder massage and feet/calve massage. The session was done in a private room. The staff are friendly and good at what they do. The owner and staff are all taiwanese which they are known for foot reflexology massage. Operation hour, Monday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm. We are both happy with the service and will definitely return.

It's like the foot massage you would get at the nail salon, but extended. As soon as we entered, I noticed the nice aroma of the spa. We took off our shoes and wore flip-flops and were directed to our room. We chose the hour long service which included a shoulder massage and a foot massage. Overall, I had a good experience. This was the first time I've been to a spa so I wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived 15 mins early to our appointment - we did not have to wait long to get our room. We changed out of our clothes and got underneath the towel till our masseuses knocked and came in to start the massage. There was a language barrier as the masseuses spoke Mandarin and just a bit of English. We had to signal to apply less pressure as they were both applying a lot of pressure in the beginning of the massage. They also asked if we wanted oil for the massage. We had booked a one hour massage and I believe they ended right on time. For an hour I just focused on the music in the background and the gentle massage on my back, neck, legs, arms, and head. The spa was clean and a peaceful environment. Massages were reasonably priced and I was told the tip was split 50/50 between the masseuses. Note these are not RMTs though so they can't be claimed if you're looking to use insurance benefits from work. The spa is centred for massages only, so there are no additional amenities if you are looking for a place to lounge and relax around afterwards. We got our massage and promptly left after paying. I did feel more relaxed after the massage. It's a bit further out from where I am so not sure if I would go out of my way to visit. Would recommend if you're nearby!

But more than anything, their RMTs are top-notch: skilled, professional, pleasant. Special shoutout to Manuela, who has helped me deal with various aches and pains all these years. I think the best way to describe how Manuela treats you is she listens with her hands - she never just goes through the motions or just sticks to a checklist. While she asks you at the start where the problematic areas are, she is also always hyper-aware as she goes through the treatment on areas you never thought needed a bit more work. Nisha did my massage and she was very considerate and always asked if the pressure was ok. She would give warning when putting the hot towel on my back. It was a relaxing massage. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a bug crawl up the wall. Looked a bit closer and took a picture as it looked very much like a cockroach. After shaking off my clothes and jacket, etc. I went to pay and left. I felt very creeped out after that. I verified later that it was indeed a roach. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I arrived for my appointment early to fill out a form and questionnaire and was offered a beverage while I did. When I was done I was greeted by Dee who was the esthetician. Dee was lovely and knowledgeable. She started with a skin consult and talked to me about my skin care routine. Then she made a recommendation to add a collagen mask which was an additional $40. I agreed to it as it was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself, however be prepared to be upsold on the intro pricing. She used Dermalogica products which seemed nice. A warming scrub and a few different masks. She also offered eyebrow threading which I was due for but in hindsight wasn't a good idea. It was painful and my eyebrows were done too thin for my liking. At the end she left the room to allow me to get together. I has eye makeup all over my eyes that luckily I wiped with a tissue before leaving the room or I wouldn't have realized. I wasn't offered the washroom or a mirror. Once I arrived back at the front, Dee showed me a couple of products she recommended for my skin. She didn't pressure me but said they would save them on file for future reference. I later looked them up and the ingredients lists weren't impressive. Both products contained dimethicone which is terrible for your skin but creates the look of smooth texture. I would expect that from cheaper products but not from products that were approximately $100 each. I was better skin, not better looking skin. All in all I would say it was ok. Dee was my favourite part of the facial but Hand and Stone is a money making business above all else.
