I bought everything the bathtub the toilet seat and the new fixtures for shower and sink faucet. He gave me the wrong size for the tub which is 33*60 waited for the order to come from Home Depot then when it came it was bigger than what the actual opening for the tub supposed to be. He forced the tub in and broke it as it was fiber glass. HD did not allow the return bcz the tub was into two pieces. I ordered one for the right size this time from lows. When the right size came, him and his wife ghosted me after taking half of the money "deposit" I kept calling and texting them for 10 days and the wife would answer when I called her from my friend's phone once but never answer me. This company have workers that are working as framers to do plumbing jobs, DO NOT CALL THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THEY WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FAULTS.

Unfortunately, however, I cannot give them a good review - for several reasons. First of all, they misquoted me by over $1000, so I had to unexpectedly adjust my budget. Second of all, they confirmed that they would be able to complete my move in one day, which was not the case. As a client, I need to be able to rely on their quote in terms of time and money, so that I can plan accordingly. This left me scrambling to find a place to stay the night at the very last minute because I could not stay the night in my new place, as originally planned. They then assigned some additional movers to the job as they had misquoted it and realized that they would need extra people in order to finish on time. Unfortunately, one of those movers damaged a table leg and also just dumped my boxes all in the same room, so that I had to scramble to explain to the team that I do need the boxes to be placed in the labeled rooms, as I do not have the capacity as a single woman to lug them into those rooms myself. I was informed that it was this mover's first day on the job, but nevertheless he should have been instructed to place the boxes in the appropriate rooms. I paid an upcharge to purchase insurance in case of damages, and filed a claim in a timely manner. Staff member Brittni Nantz repeatedly reassured me that the claim had been processed and I would receive compensation soon. This unfortunately went on for months to the point where I called the College Hunks headquarters who then informed me that in actual fact a claim had never been filed in the first place. They then filed a claim for me, but informed me that I would still have to wait to hear back from this branch of College Hunks, which unfortunately I never did. I don't know what went wrong here, but to this day I have not received compensation for the damaged items, which left a really nasty taste in my mouth because nobody likes being lied to. I don't feel that as a client I deserved this treatment because I tipped the movers, was patient and reasonable when things didn't go as planned and even treated everybody to lunch. College Hunks (and branch owner Omar Nieves) - if you read this: I would still love to resolve this matter because it saddens me greatly that I have to leave a negative review of your company. This is not something I do lightly, but I am highly disappointed that I was repeatedly assured that you had filed a claim for damages and then ultimately I never received a payout and you essentially ignored my emails and my attempts to contact you about this. That is neither professional nor fair, and I deserve better. I invite you to act with integrity and contact me to resolve this matter, and I will be more than happy to change my review if you do because I am hoping that this is not representative of your business and, if it is, that is rather sad that you do not attach importance to treating your clients with more integrity. For clarity: my move was from Savannah to Atlanta, and I originally did business with Omar Nieves and his team when Omar owned the Savannah branch before it was sold to a different owner. I was then informed that Omar and his team had switched to the Jasper branch. In October of 2024 we moved a 3/2 house from one part of Atlanta to the other. In the process a King-size mattress came out of the bag and was damaged. We paid for insurance on this move...we provided photos, etc. etc. for the mattress. We were told numerous times that "a check will be processed" & "we will get back to you". TO NO AVAIL - I cannot tell you how many times my husband & I have called them; It's many months down the road now & this company has still decided to NOT do the right thing. The owner (Omar) hides behind Brittney his scheduler and refuses to even have a conversation. STAY AWAY from the shady dealings of this company.

We brought enough samples home that we could have done our floors with them. The outcome of our job was 5 stars plus. Antonio and his crew did an outstanding job. There was one mistake, I made, and told Antonio we were putting carpet on a landing where flooring was supposed to go. When I realized my mistake and told him he immediately corrected it with no problem. Fortunately they had just started the area. It took them less than two days to do two bedrooms , large living room, sunroom and staircase with a mixture of LVP flooring and carpet.. We had prepared for it taking three days. Also we had followed their prep sheet and had all the small stuff removed. Antonio and his crew moved all the furniture as needed. The installation was professional and we were pleased with the staggering of the planks. We would highly recommend DWF based on our experience.

Coming home to a water leak is never a pleasant experience. I've had to go through that a lot over…read morethe years as a property manager. I'd like to think that I already had compassion and empathy for my residents whenever this would occur. Now that I've gone through it I definitely have an extra soft spot in my heart for what they go through. ServiceMaster by Bailey probably wouldn't have been my top choice for remedying this problem. ServiceMaster has a great reputation for cleaning fire damage, flood issues, and mold problems. They're also known for being expensive. You truly do pay for the expertise (and for the employees). Our property manager called them (this is a condo, not an apartment, so that makes a difference because we're the ones paying) to expedite a resolution. Two techs came out after the vice-president of something evaluated the damage wearing a very expensive suit. That's the first sign that this isn't going to be cheap. Subsequent evaluations had them recommending two dehumidifiers and about ten blowers. The dehumidifiers cost $101/day and the blowers $27/day. They estimated that it would take about 3 days to dry everything. I didn't think all of that was necessary and recommended that they pull out all the wet carpet padding to speed up the drying process. Flash forward 12 hours later. One dehumidifier was placed in the room with the wet carpet along with three blowers. Two more blowers were in the living room drying the hardwoods. What's the result? The carpet and padding is still sopping wet and they never removed it. They're coming back today to evaluate and I'm sure their recommendation will be to add more equipment. What they need to do is take out the wet padding and blow air under the carpet. It will dry in just a few hours. I hope I'll be able to update this with a 5-star review.
