Scott Forrester is an amazing kind of guy. The fact that he really cares about people and how much having an amputation whether above or below the knee affects you and your family. He is different from other prosthetics persons and since he is not one of the factory places and does all his own work and fittings, he is just the best we have come across. Let us say you are in Reno and you need a new leg made since the current one is killing you, where do you go? You try the obvious suspects, you know the large chain suppliers but you are in Reno and there ae not many. After giving them a shot you are in shock at the price they want. So you start to shop around and find not too many choices. But you do come across Scott Forrester as in Forrester Custom Prosthetics. You make an appointment to see what he can come u with. In talking with him you find he knows exactly the trouble you are having and where the trouble lays. He then takes a look at it all and it seems he knew ehat he was alking about. When you are in pain you hope this work an be done in a reasonable amount of time, not all places work at the same speed. It is also important that you like and trust the persn you are working with and Scott fit the bill. Even though some tweaking is still to take place what is done is wonderful and pinless and was presented in human terms not NASA terms. In other words his pricing came in several thousand less than quotes for others. So if you are in need of any new body parts I say give Scott at Forrester Custom Prosthetics a try. read more

I lost my leg below the knee in 2014, and have gone to multiple place in search of the perfect Prosthetic and hadn't had any luck, until one day someone stopped me in the DMV and said I should look up Scott Forester that he was the best. After 15 years, I decided to get a new prosthetic. I found Scott Forrester who is a rockstar. He listened to everything I told him about my current prosthetic and he was able to create a new one.
