We spoke to Stefan, and I explained that we purchased the arch support in California and that my husband's pain had gotten worse. Stefan spoke to my husband, who confirmed that the pain was indeed worsening. Stefan informed my husband that they were the same corporation but owned by different individuals. We asked Stefan if we could come in to see if he could help us with this problem. Stefan agreed and said he would be there. When we arrived, I must say that Stefan was excellent. He explained every detail to us and exchanged the arch support for a different pair. I've always purchased a pair of arch support in 2012, and I showed them to Stefan. He assured me that he would take care of us and exchanged them for a new pair. He went above and beyond to help my husband. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Stefan.

On each visit, I found the doctors to be polite, knowledgeable, and competent in their work. However, my primary concern is with the excessive waiting times and lack of communication. I understand that delays can happen in a medical office, and waiting five or even ten minutes past an appointment time is reasonable. But during my most recent visit with Dr. Demeron, I waited approximately 40 minutes in the exam room without anyone coming in to check on me or provide any update as to what was going on. There was no communication at all, which I found frustrating and unprofessional. When the doctor finally came in, I raised this concern. He told me that it is not uncommon for patients to wait 30 to 60 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time while doctors attend to procedures. I found this response to be dismissive and unacceptable. While I understand that schedules can fall behind, a lack of communication and acknowledgment of a patient's time reflects poor office practices. I expressed how I felt at the time. I may have caught him off guard, but I believe feedback should be welcomed, as no one is above receiving constructive suggestions. What added to my frustration was that, after waiting all that time, the procedure itself took only about five minutes. As a diabetic patient, I rely on these appointments for proper care, and I expect that my time will be respected just as I respect the doctor's time. At the end of the visit, I was instructed to return in two to three months, and I scheduled a follow-up appointment as requested. Later that evening, I received an email asking for feedback about my visit. I provided an honest and fair opinion based on my experience. The following morning, I received a phone call from the office informing me that my upcoming appointment with Dr. Demeron had been changed to a different doctor. This change felt retaliatory in nature, given the timing after my feedback. If a doctor is unable to accept constructive criticism without taking it personally, that raises concerns about professionalism. Patient feedback is an important part of improving care and office practices, and it should not result in what appears to be punitive action.

This past Monday, the infected toe bled profusely and we went to the ER. Today is Wednesday, my husband is still hospitalized, awaiting surgery to remove part of his toe. Please, if you must see Dr. Dameron, be diligent and make sure he digs deeper into chronic issues.

Jenn was wonderful and immediately helped put me at ease. I especially appreciate when a nurse gets my IV on the first try--it may seem like a small thing, but it certainly doesn't go unnoticed! It's always such a strange feeling to go under anesthesia and then wake up with everything already finished. Bette was incredibly calming, kind, and attentive during my recovery, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Kaiser for his care and concern in making sure all of my issues were addressed. My gratitude extends to the anesthesiologist and every nurse in the operating room for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care throughout the entire process. I'm truly thankful for everyone who helped make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, this will be my last surgery for a very long time!
