But when you're greeted by familiar, friendly faces each visit, it truly makes the experience feel far less intimidating. I've been here a few times now, and it really hit me how many incredible nurses I've encountered but never properly acknowledged. In the moment, you're focused on the procedure--but it's the people who leave the lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to Kenya and Jenn for taking such great care of me during both pre-op and recovery. Their calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. And to the entire OR team--about 5-6 nurses whose names I didn't have the chance to catch--your professionalism and seamless teamwork did not go unnoticed. Very shortly Rod came in and evaluated my husbands condition. He was very thorough and explained my husbands issue. He suggested a splint that I could get very affordable and instructed on the use. He told me to call if I had any problems putting it on or using it. Highly recommend this company for any Orthopedic braces or other orthotics. Very nice people and very accommodating

My husband bought a pair of arch support in California about 2.5 months ago. Initially, he felt…read morebetter. However, after two months, his pain in his foot, knee, and hip worsened. Since we live half of the time in Reno, NV, and the three-month exchange period was approaching, we decided to call the Reno store. We spoke to Stefan, and I explained that we purchased the arch support in California and that my husband's pain had gotten worse. Stefan spoke to my husband, who confirmed that the pain was indeed worsening. Stefan informed my husband that they were the same corporation but owned by different individuals. We asked Stefan if we could come in to see if he could help us with this problem. Stefan agreed and said he would be there. When we arrived, I must say that Stefan was excellent. He explained every detail to us and exchanged the arch support for a different pair. I've always purchased a pair of arch support in 2012, and I showed them to Stefan. He assured me that he would take care of us and exchanged them for a new pair. He went above and beyond to help my husband. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Stefan.

I wonder how many people realize they are about to spend $2,000 on 4 plastic inserts and some…read moresocks? Of course there's more to it than that. Its a process they go through and so far my wife says its worth every penny. But they are pre made inserts from a box in the back. My opinion is that they are about $1,500 more than they should be. Customer service was great and the gentleman that helped my wife seemed well versed.
