I stopped in for a wash today and Lyn helped me out. I'll admit... I usually make my dad handle all car-related things for me because I'm not exactly a "car person." So naturally I had about a million questions before going through the wash. Lyn was incredibly patient and walked me through everything, making sure I felt comfortable (and brave enough) to go through the tunnel for my first time. The whole process was super smooth and the guys at the end of the tunnel did a great job drying my car too. My car looks great and I left feeling much more confident about doing it myself next time. Absolute worst service I have ever received. I come in for a service, there is no reason for employees, especially the GM to mock me for making sure my care is safe and the job is done properly. The staff here is always friendly and my vehicle always comes out clean. If for some reason it doesn't come out clean, they will run it through again. That has only happened once though and I have had my unlimited works wash pass for over a year. If you wash your vehicle more than one a week, the unlimited wash pass is the way to go! read more

came here Tuesday at 8:25 AM. Hours posted say open at 730. I have a supposed fast pass, which showed a green light when I came up to have it scanned. I purchased it a few days ago. The gate did not open and I kept pressing help and making a phone call as it prompted me to do. I saw two men in the office who did not come to assist me. no one answered the call. I have been a long time customer of this car wash, and it pains me to have to send out this review... On the Friday before Easter, I took my girlfriends Toyota Prius to the car wash because I wanted to do something nice for her and get it clean. While I was going through the car wash, the machinery broke the panels behind the rear, most windows. I did not see the damage until I got home, returned to the car wash, and advised them of the breakage, and was given the broken pieces that they had located inside the car wash! I filed a damage report with the manager who advised me that he had to speak to the owner for a determination, and upon my return to the car wash the following Tuesday I was notified that they would not cover the damage. The panels are part of the body, not additional equipment, and should be covered under their insurance... And now I have to pay out of pocket to replace the panels that they're equipment broke... read more

The autowash always misses a couple trouble areas, front bumper, windshield etc. I always ask the washers to hit those areas with the brush. Washer barely touched front of car went thru once front end was a mess, so went thru a for a second time. Told the washer to better scrub the front end and she said it looked fine. Got out of the car to show her the trouble spots, and the manager comes running out from behind the door.(Blonde haired kid at 4PM) yelling at me to get in the car. I try to explain to him that i was pointing out the trouble spots and all the POT SMELLY ANGER MONGER could do is yell get in the car. I said then wash my car. He ran inside, ran back out threw my monthly fee in my face, said you have been removed from our system and don't set foot back on this property. I have multiple cars that use this wash on a monthly basis, and if this is how you want someone representing your business then you don't need mine. People working there were nice, but I paid $12 for their "ultimate" wash. First of all, I was never given a dash wipe. Secondly, the wash itself was very poor. All the water spots and most of the dirt that was on the car before the wash was still there after! The towel "dry" at the end should be called the towel "smear the crap we didn't get off all over your car." I ended up taking it to the spray wash nearby and did a better job for $4! read more

The automated prepaid system ripped me off twice in a row. I had $21 on my card which is enough for 3 washes at $7/wash. After scanning my card, the attendant said there was an error and the card didn't read. He scanned it again and it worked but I noticed the remaining balance showed $7 when it should have been $14. Being in a hurry and not being 100% sure it only showed $7, I didn't mention it. Today, knowing I had at least $7, the card scanned with an error. The attendant entered the info into a computer and said there is no balance on it. I explained that I was absolutely sure that it had at least $7 and likely should have had $14 but no effort was made to look up the amount of times the card was used and how much money was put on it. The attendant asked me if I wanted to put more money on it and I said absolutely not, gave him the card and said I'll never be back again. He opened the gate and told me I could exit through an alley behind the car wash but there were a couple of cars ahead of me. While waiting, I could hear the attendant yell out to others saying "make sure this guy doesn't try to go through!" This, of course, made me look like a potential thief. Forster's are the thieves and the automated system they have is a total scam. I discourage anyone to do business with this outfit. read more

You know I never really like leaving bad reviews on a company but this is the most outrageous run around I have received over a simple car wash. I've used these guys for a long time because of the good work they do, but two days ago I got the mega wash which is the most expensive wash they offer and after stopped at speedway to fill up and was appalled at the horrible job that was done. I literally still had dirt all over my jeep. In rush I thought I would call them. I have now been calling them for the last three days and haven't received one call back from them. Sad part is, is that after you get the car wash their is a guy that walks around your car to dry it and didn't even say anything about how much dirt was still on my car. Never using these guys again, simply because of the service and lack of decency to pick up their phone and call back.. you guys lost a good regular customer read more

Zero stars if the rating would let me. Bad Business. We had an appointment booked for a detail today that was schedule 2 weeks ago. When we got there they turned us away because they were too busy. We said we had an appointment. They said the didn't care and were too busy. They didn't even offer to reschedule us. We went out of our way to bring our truck for the appointment. They could have called to cancel but didn't. We've gone here many times but won't be going back. If you can't make good on appointments then don't schedule them. Today, I paid, pulled up and two guys sprayed off the car, as usual. However; I look over and this jerk is knocking on my window. I rolled down the window to see what the problem was. It is apparently his " job" to ask for each and every customers political beliefs. I have a decal on the inside rear window: "Not my president". This was such an issue that this employee decided to ask me, then who is your president?... Really? Where is it that we live now that I am not allowed to have a decal on my car? I told him what I thought about the fool sitting in the Whitehouse and then I asked if they want my business or are they only washing Trump supporters. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I will not frequent a business that is going to bully customers. If this place is the Trump supporting racists that he is advertising, I won't be back. The least expensive car wash here is $5.50. I went with the $5.50 car wash and paid a few dollars extra for some add-ons. Everything went smoothly. When I got home and out of the car (I didn't get out after the wash) I noticed that almost everything I was trying to wash off was still there! We had bugs on the front of the car, dirt on the back under the spoiler, and a little bird poo on the top. For that price I expect the car to at least be clear of dirt. read more
