I've gone here for 2 years since we moved to the area but I'm honestly done. My car is usually ugly dirty when I get there but today it was just a normal coating - the perks of living on a dirt road. I usually just let it slide that the area around my license plate and under the 3rd break light is still dirty. However when I got down the road to Kroger and got to see this - no, just no. I'm not going back. This is a halfa** job for a $7 wash. Even my husband commented when he went outside tonight, "where the hell did you get your car rinsed off?" Embarrassing. I got it washed because I have a funeral to attend Tuesday. Now I'm going to have to find a wash open on Labor Day in the middle of driving to my destination. Oh, bonus, the employee came running up to their kiosk like I was an idiot to help me. I'd been there multiple times and I'm more than capable - but he wasn't going to lay off and instead insisted on pressing every damn button for me. NEVER. AGAIN. Do NOT get the monthly car wash service. You cannot cancel it. The phone number is no good. You cannot contact them to cancel. My credit card company has gotten involved yet they still continue charging me. My credit card is disputing this but they can't even contact the company. This is a complete rip off. This car wash, within the past 3 months, has been down for repair, maintenance, and recently closed for the entire week. This normally is not a problem for the patron who pays for each wash. This normally wouldn't rub me wrong, but they recently increased from $21 to $26 and have not lived up to service that some of the newer, or comparably priced car washes offer. So, for those of us who live or work near a dirt road and pay for the monthly wash, we don't have the luxury of waiting more than a week, so we have to pay for a car wash elsewhere. I've been trying to contact the manager for the past 3 months to cancel my membership and to receive a refund for the months they were closed due to the initial business closings from CoVid. Apparently, only the manager can cancel a membership so DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP! I've called, driven up there and left my name and number twice. I've spoken to one of the employees that said the manager would meet me at the exit of the car wash but he never came. It really sucks because I would have loved to of kept going when needed without the membership, but now their lack of professionalism has driven me away. I used to go here all the time to get my car washed. Never again. First, they raised their prices to $8 for a basic wash. To make matters worse, one of the workers who dries the cars was spotted by me - as I exited the wash - blowing his nose and letting the snot fly onto the pavement below, then wiped the remainder of snot with the towel he was going to dry my car with!! Serious. I was so disgusted I pulled my car away from the drying area and drive over a couple of orange cones in the process. I tried to call "management" several times over the following days, and no one ever answered the phone. NEVER going back. Then I discovered Mr. C's wash just up the road. For a dollar more - $9 - the do an incredible job and every time I leave there my car looks like new. And no snot in sight!! read more

They continue to charge 19.99 monthly to my checking account, even though I have objected. I live on Waterford and use the independently owned and operated Forster's out here. Misleading prompts on touch screen for selections of washes. I wanted the $8 bronze wash and selected. I didn't read the screen which gave you an option to include an additional wash for $6. I asked the manager to cancel my transaction as I don't live in the area. He said there was nothing he could do as all of the money is in the machine and walked away??I grudgingly accepted this transaction but then was called an asshole by the towel dryers for not tipping. I will go back to get my wash and will not be tipping either. Avoid this business at all costs!!! read more

Employees are jerks. Are used to come here because it was cheap, but not anymore. You get what you pay for. I prefer Mr. C's but this one is cheaper and faster while doing a pretty good job. I signed up for the monthly wash program in November of last year and gave them my credit card information. I noticed damage to my vehicle in March. I have not used the service since March, but they are continuing to charge my card. I have disputed the charges every month and have reversed the charges. I also tried calling Forster Brothers and no one answers the phone. They keep charging my card every month. I have reported this to the better business bureau. I have sent a certified letter requesting the cancellation. I hate to file a police report, but that's the next step. This is credit card Fraud. read more

About 3 weeks ago I went to Foster's car wash to get my truck washed for a funeral. They said their automatic machines were down and they couldn't give me a car wash so I had to go pay some place else to get my truck washed. The reason I bought the pass was so that I could get my truck washed whenever I wanted to, but the last 2 days they have been closed when they're supposed to be open at 8 am. I'm not sure what's going on but I have 3 days left to my pass and up to my pass and I won't be able to use it this is not good customer service. This is why I canceled my pass and will not be renewing it. read more

This is quite literally the worst car wash I've ever been to. They do a terrible job of pre-rinsing, and I have never seen a vehicle pull out with a clean backend. I got home and looked at my car and they tried to wipe the dirt off that the wash didn't get. Save your money, and save your paint. read more

This *used* to be a great car wash. Went there yesterday and they were not busy. One car entering wash as I pulled up, one eventually came behind me. I got the $9 Best car wash (includes under wash and towel drive). I asked that they make sure they get the wheel wells really good. I tipped $1 based on past performance. I wish I had checked the job before I left. There was mud splatter still on the fenders, the wheel wells had dried dirt. It also looks like it wasn't washed in streaked areas (whole a 8" strip on the passenger side). I've tried calling to complain but no one answers the phone. Value your vehicle? go elsewhere! The track is broken, has been malfunctioning and damaging vehicles for years. This car wash will ruin your factory body panels, it also took 1/4" chunks out of both my driver side rims - and no, they don't stick out farther then the tire. Owner won't even return your call after an incident report, and for a few people I know that happened to catch him when he was there (because their vehicles were damaged too!) he was a complete jerk who refused to take responsibility. read more

Needed an inside out car wash. Foresters was recommended. When I arrived I was told they did not do inside cleaning but their shop on M15 did, closer to my home & 30 min away. . By now, I was tired and disappointed. The man who I spoke to must have noticed, and recommended a competitor just Down the street. Even opened the cones blocking the nearest exit, making it easier for me! Beware - the car wash conveyer system caused severe damage to my 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ aluminum front driver side wheel. The cost to repair was $680 A car wash rep. Zack informed me the owner would not be receptive to any responsibility even though I filled out a damage report and Zack took pictures of the damaged wheel. I never heard from the owner or any rep., so I would highly recommend staying away from this car wash as they accept no responsibilty for vehicle damage. These people have no idea how to treat their customers. Went through here after a blizzard to have the ice, snow and mud cleaned off my car (after scraping and brushing as much of it off as possible myself). I paid $9 for their "Best Wash". They sprayed all the ice and snow off my hood and out of my wheel wells and sent me through. As I was near exiting the wash, the dryers blew a bunch of multi-colored soapy snow and ice all over my windshield and hood as well as my back window. I exited the car wash and got out of the car to inspect. Well there was still several inches of snow on the roof. I swung back around to inform the attendant. I told him I just paid for a best wash and pointed out the roof, windshield and hood. His reply was a bit surprising: "uh yeah. We're a car wash, not an ice removal crew, bro". Wow, okay. I didn't realize you couldn't use the high pressure sprayers to remove snow off the roof like you do off the hood and wheel wells. Wish you would've let me know before you accepted my money. I guess I should've just expected to pay $9 for a wash that leaves my car covered in rainbow colored soapy slush because after all, you're not specifically advertised as an "ice removal crew". Anyway, I asked if I could go through again and he replied "as long as you pay you can go through as many times as you want". There was a line of cars behind me so I had no choice but to go back through and pay for it, which I did, but won't ever make that mistake again.
