Went here because reviews on google were flawless! The staff was very friendly initially and got my car in right away the next day. When I went to pick up the car they were running late and had the owners son working on my car, also a nice young man. Problem is, they burned my car panels, sad face. I went back in they denied the burns even though when you google bad tint burn the pics are the same. It's the first tint ever for our car. Got the tint removed, got a refund in full. Good talker but really didn't know what he was doing when it came to doing ppf. Just put the ppf on top of dirt, never clean it. Had offer to do before dropping it off but told us they would. Had to come out two days to redo the ppf. Then charged me for the good window tint but but a cheap tint on and didn't do a good job of that. Had car outside so we couldn't see all the mistakes. read more

I had my appt set up with 586 and ended up canceling to have a local high end competitor complete my front end vinyl protective wrap for what I thought was going to be a huge savings. I was warned by 586 that I wouldn't be happy with my choice of not choosing 586 however they were understanding and polite about my decision to try to save money in this economy. They were right! The competitors vinyl wrap job was a disaster. I believe I could have done it better myself with no experience. I returned to 586 and they took care of me without any gloating or I told you so. I came in with a 2020 Honda Civic sedan that had some scratches at the front grill due to flying debris on the highway going 50 mph after I first bought the car, new. 586 Tint Factory put 20-35on the front windows and windshield and 50 gradient on my rear passenger windows and rearview window, and, seeing the scratches, put a coating of their ceramic coating on the vehicle. They also applied something to my tires and they really shone. Then, because I complained about a spill on my rear passenger rubber mat, they washed all the mats for me. They did all this just because I came in for the windows to be tinted. I purchased their top of the line premium quality window coverage as I want the best for my eyes and privacy. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they were so very generous doing all the extra things that made my three-hour visit so very worthwhile.
