Overall, the staff was efficient and friendly. Augustine was my nurse all 3 times and her bedside manner was extremely empathetic and kind. She was very patient with me on my first visit as I was a little anxious about anesthesia. Eventhough I didnt get relief from the injections, the service and the facility were a standout.

There was confusion with my imaging times, but the tech was more than able to accommodate me and was very personable during the US (despite some uncomfortability). Staff overall was friendly and once I was pulled back was seen quickly. My only complaint was the timing of things and being seen after the window I was scheduled. They were pretty busy for a Thursday morning.
