I call back to be told they sold to Prime Storage and now I need to contact them to reserve a space. No customer service, no phone call. Left us in a bad situation. It gets worse with Prime Storage. Made a reservation - arrived at Prime Storage, 2 weeks later and they gave away our 10x10 unit. the last storage unit and none to be had in Tallahassee. unless you were renting a huge one. Awful, awful customer service at Prime Storage. Manager just looked at me and then said sorry we can't find you or your information on the system (which is down and they are working on) but we have a 10x25 for $350. Insanity!! Prime told us we may be able to find a unit in Thomasville, Georgia!! What??!! A Storage Solution came to our rescue. Here we were in Tally, 5:00 pm, moving our daughter from her apt. No storage unit. A Storage Solution had a 5x5 unit and came after hours (and were 45 minutes away) to meet us to reserve the last space because they knew we were in a bind. I highly, highly recommend this storage facility. Clean, honest, safe, and extremely accommodating! Even though this was a little further from Gaines Street, I will patronize this business going forward!! Shame on Cube Smart and Prime Storage! Word of mouth goes a long way and I will spread the word!!

Then these guys call back on March 25 to schedule the move and I told them I already moved and to please refund my $90 I paid to hold some date. The guy refused to refund my deposit because I didn't "cancel" the move 5 days before it was scheduled. The move was never scheduled, so this is nothing but a ploy to steal my $90. These guys will be reported to the Better Business Bureau as well.

We had a minor dryer emergency and two giant wet blankets. I raced over and used the commercial dryers in a pinch and they got my items dry in no time. They have a great "card" system that makes it easy to pay for your laundry loads instead of having to use coins and they are conveniently located right on Tharpe and North Monroe. The price is comparable to other laundromats and much cleaner than most.

The establishment was clean for what it was but had lots of old equipment there that might should have been sent to the dump. There wasn't any attendants due to it being connected to a BP gas station, hut all in all. It was nice because the place was completely empty of people which was nice. I had the place to myself.
