Dr. Breslow came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had originally considered consulting with another surgeon as well, but after my consultation with him, I knew I didn't need to. I knew he was going to be my surgeon. One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Breslow was that he really listened to what I wanted. I knew I wanted larger implants and told him I wanted to go as large as my frame would reasonably allow without looking ridiculous. I was a little worried I would end up with a surgeon who would try to talk me into going smaller or push their own idea of what would look best. Dr. Breslow didn't do that. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and somehow made it look even better than I had pictured. The size and placement are perfect for my body, the shape is beautiful, and the symmetry is incredible. He also never made me feel rushed. He took his time answering all of my questions and educating me about the procedure and what to expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, but explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing. His staff is just as amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I especially have to mention Oliwia. She was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery and was always there when I had a question or concern. There were several times I emailed her during recovery and she would respond within hours, if not sooner. I never felt like I was on my own trying to figure out whether something was normal. I was really nervous about the pain and recovery before surgery, and Dr. Breslow and his staff did a great job of easing those nerves and making the whole process feel manageable. Everything from my first consultation through surgery and my post-op appointments went so much more quickly and smoothly than I expected. I'm not even four months post-op yet, so I know my results will continue to settle and change over the next year, but they already look incredible. My scars are healing beautifully, and I am SO happy that I chose to have the GalaFLEX internal bra. With larger implants, I was concerned about them dropping too much over time, and so far the mesh has held everything in place beautifully. What I didn't expect was how much of a confidence boost this surgery would give me. I knew I wanted it and I knew I would be happy to finally have breasts, but I genuinely did not realize how much better I would feel about my body afterward. If one of my friends asked me who she should see for a breast augmentation, I would tell her not to waste her time consulting with anyone else. Dr. Breslow is truly a master at what he does. When I called to schedule, I was told they were bundling the Groupon into three (3) 45-minute sessions, each combining three different treatments. I agreed and booked my appointments. I arrived early, and my session was with Alexis. She did a quick 5-minute consultation and began the service roughly 5 minutes later. The first portion of the session was for 15 minutes. Within those first 15 minutes, there was a knock on the door. Alexis slid the door open slightly to see who it was. Another senior therapist then pulled the door fully open, stuck her entire head inside, and said, "I have this room booked for 11:30." Alexis checked her phone, acknowledged that she saw another appointment scheduled for 11:30, and said she didn't know how the overlap happened and apologized. She then came back to continue my session. As the remaining time of the first phase was finishing, another knock came. Alexis opened the door again--this time with my bottom exposed. She told the therapist again, "I'm in the middle of a session and just starting the second phase." I tried to shake it off. But the therapist came back again, and this time Alexis stepped outside the room because I was half-naked. When she returned, she said, "After this treatment, do you mind if we switch rooms?" At that point, I said, "This is crazy. Does she realize every time she interrupts you, she's taking away time from my appointment?" Alexis began apologizing. By now we were halfway through the second phase, and she had only completed one leg. She seemed flustered, and I could feel her anxiety from whatever the other therapist said to her. Suddenly she stopped mid-session--only one leg done--and asked me to get dressed so we could move to another room. I told her, "I am in the middle of a treatment. She should inform her client about the overlapping appointment or reschedule them or have her wait the 15 minutes. But she just stopped and asked for me to switch rooms because the ultrasonic machine is in that room the therapist wants to use. I said no. I will not be switching. She said ok she understands and apologized again, which I appreciated, but the whole situation was increasingly uncomfortable. On my way out the other therapist was standing there with her client and asked, oh how was the service? Did you like it? I said no and walked out. The owner, upon being informed of my experience, called to express her apologies. I appreciated the call, but it felt disheartening that she was apologizing for the staff's mistakes. As a business owner, I understand that any shortcomings reflect on her. However, what struck me was her request for me not to write a review. I explained my concern for others who might have a similar experience and might not speak up. I encouraged her to consider how this could affect people who saved their money for treatments like these. The owner assured me that she would work to prevent such issues in the future. What disappointed me the most was her plea for me to not share my experience without offering any form of compensation, such as a complete treatment to make up for what I endured. It left me wondering how many clients might be subject to similar service without any recourse. In conclusion, while the potential for quality service may exists at Immortal Skin, my experience was marred by poor management and lack of respect for clients. Until they address these glaring issues, I find it difficult to recommend them. Transparency and accountability are key in the service industry, and I hope they can turn this situation around for the benefit of future clients.

After my lip filler procedure, I was unhappy with the outcome and ultimately required dissolving treatment. I contacted LaserAway multiple times in an attempt to reach a fair resolution. I worked directly with a director named Bryan Dickerson who offered half of the value of the syringe as store credit. However, despite my follow-up emails accepting the offer and requesting confirmation of the terms, I never received the promised follow-up or final resolution. I also disputed the charge with my bank, but the dispute was denied, leaving me to absorb the full cost of an experience that I believe was not handled appropriately. The photos I am sharing are of my own results following treatment. They reflect my personal experience at this location. If you are considering lip fillers here, I encourage you to carefully review my photos and make your own informed decision before choosing Gen as your injector. I gave LaserAway every opportunity to resolve this matter privately. Since they failed to do so, I am now sharing my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision. I even went to your Stamford, Connecticut location, where the injector asked me, "Who did your lips?" When I told her they were done at your Englewood, New Jersey location, her reaction was, "Whoa." I just replied, "Yeah... I know." It was honestly embarrassing knowing the work had been done by another LaserAway location. What makes this even more frustrating is that after my first procedure, I was told to get more filler because it would correct the lumping. When that didn't work, I was later told that my lips simply "didn't accept the filler."
