Danielle was the first person at a retail location able to confidently answer all my questions, it is clear she is well-versed in EMSculpt treatment and has been attending ongoing training on best practices in the use of EMSculpt. She was very forthright in EMSculpt's benefits (e.g. if you have a fat layer, it might not be as effective) and drawbacks (e.g. if you don't continue EMSculpt maintenance treatments, you might not sustain the improvements you received via EMSculpt akin to going to a personal trainer 7 days a week then dropping down to 1 day a week). The office was well appointed and conveniently located near a subway station. Although I did not end up actually buying anything after taking up so much of her time, she was very gracious.
