I've been to the Cigars International in The Colony, and this one was very similar; however, I got a more homey vibe from this location. It was about mid-day, and there seemed to be a lull in business. There were a few customers, but the atmosphere seemed relaxed. I was there for a 3 p.m. employment interview with three of the day's management team. Wasn't much of an interview since I have tons of experience. Nonetheless, we had a great time talking. I have been to the cigars international in the colony numerous times but this was my first here and it's identical just less crowded which was great. They have a large full bar with tv to was the games as well as the phenomenal humidor to get anything your palette is fiending for. I have visited it a few times and always enjoy myself. They have a very large walk-in humidor which contains a variety of cigars to choose from. Even nicer is the fact the cashiers are located inside the humidor which allows one to choose and pay before leaving the humidity-controlled environment. The staff here is friendly and very knowledgeable of their inventory. Once a purchase is completed, step back into the lounge area which is equipped with lots of TVs (think sports bar). Indoor seating consists of leather chairs/couches, high-top tables/bar stools along with seating at the bar itself. As for the bar, it is fully stocked and the bartenders are amazing. If seated at table, one can go directly to the bar and for drinks or wait for one of many friendly servers to come around. In addition to the amazing indoor seating area, there is a large patio with a decent selection of seating. On my most recent visit, I met a friend here and we chose a high-top table and in no time we were greeted and placed our drink order. To me, the best way to describe each Cigars International is "a cigar lounge on steroids". That said, for as large as the shops are, they are able to maintain a small cigar lounge feel. As for this location, the weekend vibe tends to be a lot more laid back which differs significantly from the other location in The Colony. While I enjoy visiting both, the vibe at this location is more my cup of tea; the laid back feel allows me to enjoy my cigar/sip and conduct conversations without yelling. Similar to the other location they have an awesome ventilation system!! Considering how large the lounge is, it never seems smoky or hazy in there. The cigar selection is fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. The shop is hugeamd the smoking area is massive. The vents work extremely well. You'd have no clue people smoked cigars in there. The bar tender was great. The drinks were average but still worth the environment. read more

What a great location. It took me absolutely a year to even know this place was here. Now im upset I didnt know sooner. Parking is amazing, the location has an open lot and it sits right next door to Cabellas . The staff is amazing!!! Cheez and the guy that works Thursday and Sunday in the cigar lounge (with the son that attends hbcu) they have theyre so much fun. And knowledgeable about their cigars. My boo and I enjoy the Legend cigars. They have an amazing outaide fire pit that keeps you real warm. I love it. Its huge inside, has great tvs for thr games, awesome leather seating, tables and chairs. Only missing a pool table. They do have live bands and events . Follow them on social media. Another of many times we stopped in for a good time: good company, friendly staff and strangers, great signature beverages, and a plethora of cigar choices. Love this place for the fine and unique venue it is. Sometimes we carry in some deli sandwiches. Today's visit was after lunch for drinks and a cigar. Nothing "super" about this place unless you count the super bad customer service. Went for the first time today and was surprised at the very limited stock considering that they promote themselves as having such a vast selection. The humidor area smells like sewage, which overpowered what you'd normally expect to smell at a cigar shop. But the icing on the cake was the arrogant non-welcoming cashier that must have been having a bad life and decided we should all feel his bitter resentment at folks just trying to have a nice time. I noticed most of the positive reviews were of the bar. I couldn't comment because after our cigar purchase we were more than ready to leave. Very disappointed. read more

Went Saturday night (party of 6). We had what may be the worst service I've ever had. Our waitress spent the entire evening complaining about how busy she was and treating us like nuisances any time we asked for a drink! We eventually had to open additional tabs directly at the bar and order from the bartender. I understand they were abnormally busy due to a large party outside (100 person birthday party). However, that was obviously a scheduled event (catered) and should have been accounted for when staffing for the evening. Two waitresses and one bartender just doesn't cut it! I can normally forgive the chaos, but not when the waitress takes it out on the customers and makes them feel thoroughly unwelcome! read more

I have never felt more ripped off than when I ordered a simple Aperol Spritz. When the bill came out, it was $38+ two of these drinks that cost me $6 a piece in Italy ...$38!!! I ordered a single Manhattan and when he bartender gave me tab it was over 25.00. I asked why it was so expensive and could not understand her response. I asked to speak to the manager who looked up what he said I order and it was the most expensive double shot of alcohol they sell.
