Wait times are depending on people waiting already before you. Sometimes hours. Do check their website for wait time at certain locations. Parking is small and moderately cramped. Staff is good. Wait times are ridiculous but that's for most clinics. Usually 45min in waiting room then 30mins in the room waiting for the doctor. I called health link around 9pm when I realized my daughter's stubbed ToE was like my a break... and of course it was a Friday night of a long weekend meaning our family clinic would be closed until Tuesday. We were just getting ready to leave on vacation in 6 days for Disney and knew there would be LOTS and LOTS of walking and swimming and running and climbing. So glad we popped in. Free street parking. There was literally one person in the waiting room. Staff were courtesy and friendly from the moment we entered until we left. Admittedly, my daughter had a bit of a freak out on the poor ER doc when she was told that the X-ray confirmed a broken bone. But overall the visit was great. A clean, bright, and new facility open afternoons and evenings for urgent care only. They did the assessment, X-ray, and treatment in about an hour's time. They did warn me that sometimes when it's swamped they will stop taking new patients before they officially close at 10pm but that's okay - I get that. I only wish I had learned of our Urgent Care facility sooner! Two Thumbs Way Up!

I always arrive about 10 minutes early and usually get admitted to a treatment room either before or very close to my scheduled time. Dr. T is very thorough and takes whatever time is necessary for your care. I know some people may have doubts about the clinic location. It is not the best area in town, in fact I walked the beat as a cop there many years ago and have many fond memories of the neighborhood and the people there. Realizing that the family doctor I had for 35 years, was nearing retirement, I began the search for a new doctor. I honestly feel like finding Dr. T was like winning the lottery. I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. Always seems like everyone who comes in has had an appointment. Yes, at times you do have a bit of a wait, the doctor can get busy. Let's face it, some people do have a lot of questions and concerns they want addressed in that appointment so, unfortunately, sometimes it takes longer. I just expect this at any clinic and plan my time accordingly. This clinic is always clean and tidy, the staff friendly and welcoming.
