I am a first time spray tan customer. I have heard horror stories of spray tans throughout the years, so I always try the beds when i do tan. My legs DO NOT TAN!! lol So i decided i would try the spray tanning myself. The girl (didnt catch her name) was very nice and professional. She was even the girl that did my custom spray. Not one time did i feel uncomfortable. The color came out even and I LOVE IT! It has been over a week and I still have it. Going to schedule my next appointment for my upcoming vacation!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. It's okay as a tanning salon, but more than one of their beds wont even give you color. The second I needed the owner to show customer service because they had been taking money out of my account for 6 months after I had already cancelled my account, she didn't even have the courtesy to call me herself and explain the situation. I would never recommend anyone to use this business. read more

I went in on a Saturday and made my daughter an appointment for the next week to get a custom spray tan, when I show up to my appointment there was no one there to do her tan, the girl that booked the appointment didn't put it in the book for some unknown reason, ok.. so the girl working calls the owner and wants to know when I came in and who was working, I tell her so she says hang on and I will call her to see if she can come in to spray you. She calls her then calls me back and say we'll she's gonna come in but she didn't know you wanted to do another spray tan today since you just had one Saturday, ummmm no I didn't just have one Saturday, nor did my daughter get one Saturday, I said I'm as white as a d*mm ghost, I promise she didn't spray me, the owner then says well if your gonna be rude we can just forget about it.. I said I haven't been rude to anyone but don't act like your doing me a favor when your worker is the one that screwed up lady, I almost walked out at that point .. anyways the girl got there and she did remember making the appointment with me but forgot to put it down.. the girls that work there are super nice and she did a great custom tan but I will NEVER go back because apparently this owner thinks it's rude for me to tell her that neither me or my daughter got a spray tan and I should be appreciative that her girl came back in to do what she should have done in the first place.. so no I won't go back!! You won't keep customers like that, that's for sure.. and I promise the owner has NOT seen or heard me be rude, because she would definitely know it!! read more

I wanted to cancel my membership do to my dad having health issues and having to drive him back in between city's for that reason. I had only tanned twice, and that I would really appreciate if she would cancel my contract because of my family problems, not including my brother having hip surgery and my mother just passing. I explained that I used to help run a business and I know how simple it is to rip up a contract for someone that you feel empathy for or cannot receive the services, products etc. This was after she kept telling me it was impossible. I also offered a letter from my attorney stating my needs. After this, in the same day, she creeps my facebook and sees a post I was giving a shout out to my dad bc he had made doors for some new cabinets and she proceeded to call me back and ask me why hes sick but still able to do work at home? Implying that I was a liar. I didnt owe her that explanation. But I told her. After she was the rudest business owner i have ever had to deal with, she proceeds to look on my friends list and message them asking if my dad was really sick at the time! Insane! I would not recommend anyone ever signing a contract here. And plan on speaking to the BBB. read more

This place in my opinion is the best tanning salon in the River Valley Area. They have really nice girls working there they are helpful and courteous. This is the cleanest salon that I have ever been in. They are also the only ones that I have found around Fort Smith that have the beds that I really like. read more
