Upon online check-out for both household items and groceries, it even shows my delivery instructions are attached to the order, and several deliverers have confirmed them having easy access to the delivery instructions whereby mine says QUOTE I'm paraplegic & not able to reach items placed at side porch & cant carry items up the steep ramp. They need delivered to my back porch. Once you come down the sidewalk to the patio, you will see a wheelchair ramp that leads up to the back porch. Thank you END QUOTE but BILLION DOLLAR walmarts consistently hires careless drivers and provided VERY LITTLE training for how they are to conduct their job. I have repeatedly reported to walmart the problems of their own delivery drivers and also FedEx (often works for walmart for delivering customer's orders placed on walmarts website) who wont follow delivery instructions and I outlined the obvious problems it causes and especially to people who are disabled, but walmarts CONSISTENTLY has carelessly given their formatted shallow reply of "we are sorry for the inconvenience and we strive to.... blah blah blah" but like most other times, then NOTHING is actually done about the problems. and so WE'RE CONSTANTLY being LIED to and MANIPULATED by walmarts !!! This morning I placed my grocery order with them which consisted of frozen dinners, cheeses, eggs, and other foods that require staying refrigerated and frozen. A few hours later I received the email from walmarts saying my order was completed and out for delivery, and so I then waited for them to show up. I seen the delivery guy pull up in my driveway and he immediately got out and started grabbing bags of groceries. I seen he was dropping my food at my side porch at the front corner of the house AND SO HE'S NOT EVEN READING THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS! By the time I was able to get outside ask what the hell is his problem, he had already gotten in his vehicle and left. Not even a simple and quick knock on my door to let me know the groceries are here! I then got back in the house to look up Steubenville walmarts customer serv phone number. After nearly 30 minutes and several calls, a worker finally answered and I told her the problem. She sounded clueless as to what should be done and she said QUOTE All I can do is send a text to his phone since drivers rarely answer calls, and since he doesn't speak much English, we just have to wait and see if he can read it if he even checks his messages, and we're not allowed to send another driver to help you END QUOTE Oh and I have this phone call recorded if anyone thinks I'm making ANYTHING up. After companies management and countless people in comment sections questioned the credibility of my claims, I started recording calls approx 10 years ago in order to irrefutably PROVE things were said/done in the manner which I said they were said/done From there I said its supposed to be near 45 degrees today, there's perishable food and its even worse when the sun is beaming right on the groceries .... I dont want spoiled eggs, cheeses, or frozen dinners that start to thaw and then are no good after they are refrozen. She replied with saying " you should call neighbors and have them help carry the groceries into your house for you." I told her that is RIDICULOUS ... I dont have their phone numbers and I'm in a WHEELCHAIR and so how am I supposed to get through my muddy gravel driveway and then get up to their porches where I can even knock on their door! Her silence told me all I needed to know and I then asked why is MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR walmart hiring LESS-THAN-HALF-AZZED workers who also barely speak English, and she replied with how their store doesn't do the hiring but the main walmarts does...as if that answers my direct question! I then said so what am I supposed to do about MY FOOD. She then actually replied with merely saying its an unfortunate situation and she doesn't know what to tell me! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD GARBAGE FROM MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR ENTITIES! !!! PEOPLE, WALMARTS AND OTHER WILLFULLY CARELESS BUSINESSES NEED TO BE BOYCOTTED TO BRING THEM TO THEIR KNEES BEFORE THEY WILL ACTUALLY START TO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! !!! My rating is for the new location downtown specifically, not the Lincoln location or any shipping…read moreaspect as many of the other reviews have entailed. When I visited the Lincoln location on the night they would be opening the downtown location, there were a few items, but really not a lot. However, since they were working on moving over, that made sense and was to be expected. Downtown there is a nice open space where they had live music, and would make great space for extra inventory and speakers depending on the time of year. They had a nice variety of items to choose from, much of which was locally made. My only minor criticism is that there were a bit more general secular items than I would have expected (a shelf-full, whereas I would have expected all religious items). Most of those items were locally made also, so that was at least nice, but I just personally think a religious store should focus on religious items. Besides that, they had several items I had not see before, and I was impressed with the artwork selection and prices, especially with again, much of this being locally handmade. A great bonus is that they process payment with Shop, so to my surprise, I got a little cash back on Shop for making my purchase!

You can walk into the shop and check out all their prices look up the same product online and find that the set shops prices are lower by significant amount! The owner is an amazing and kind person who isn't out to make $1 million off running the store she just loves candles crafts and all things that smell good and prices her products to satisfy her customers! This is by far the best craft store I have ever been to. They do custom order mesh wreaths and burlap wreaths for $35 and $45! What a steal!? Look them mesh and burlap wreath up online and they are upwards of $75!!!!! they also carry the most intriguing light up canvases for supercheap. Check them out you won't be disappointed. There are two craft stores in the Fort Steuben mall in Steubenville Ohio and the Scent Shop LLC blows country crafts by the heart out of the water!!!!
