Buying a new home wasn't easy in the market with multiple last minute transactions. DFW's customer service started off with confirming the appointment time. I explained that I was closing on a house but couldn't confirm anything until I had ultimately closed. Jasmine worked with me for a number of weeks to courteously keep abreast of all the updates on the house and to find a convenient time to come out and survey the house which they finally did! When Caleb and his crew arrived, it was obvious his professionalism and ability were of the highest order as was DFW's customer service. To be clear, these folks charge reasonable prices for exceptional work. DFW hardwired my entire house for internet in a detail oriented, customer service friendly manner. I then asked about options for wireless coverage. Their knowledge was first rate and they recommended a number of different options. They also know how to install AV systems.
