Mutli site deal quote was for 11k. After rollout it was 14k as added some features and a rate hike. Taxes and fees is where they get you. Their fee ( not federal or required) are over $3k and with federal taxes etc over $19k. They refuse to lower their "fee". Do not use logix no matter what. I also cannot get a response from anyone in charge unless I copy everyone and get rather ugly. Completely zero responses. Stay away from this scam. 11k to over 19k. read more

In my profession I have worked with many ISPs. Logix by far is the easiest to work with. As an IT service company, I work with many carriers. My experience with Logix service, people and product has been great. You can be sure they provide a quality service product and great support. I continue to put my customers on Logix services. Stay away from Logix Communications at all cost unless you are a millionaire who doesn't care about your wallet! I had to sign a 3 year contract and when my contract was up, I needed just a few more months because I was going to combine this office with another location. They told me I would have to go month to month and raised my rates a couple hundred dollars a month. I had to give a 30 day written notice that I was disconnecting. When I moved, they charged me an early termination fee of $966.85. When I called back to complain that I wasn't in a contract anymore so there shouldn't be an early termination fee, they said they would lower the charge to $250 as a disconnection fee plus a $34.95 processing fee. (They also will charge you $250 if you decide to move your location and keep their service.) Additionally, they charged me for the full month even though I told them I needed my service disconnected on the 21st of the month. I also had a problem porting my numbers to my new provider. It took them over a month to release my numbers to my new carrier! This company really stinks! Internet was always slow and phone service would go out serveral times a year. Skip the hassle and the money hungry way they do business! Find another provider!! read more

Our internet will drop to less than 1mb per second. It's sometimes 40kb-100kb per second. It's 2020, and my cell phone has faster internet. Sometimes when I have important GoTo meetings I use my hotspot because Logix internet is acting up and not giving us anywhere near the speeds they promised. Our office isn't even large, only 15 employees, and it can't handle the traffic, once per day for about an hour it's slow. Not reliable, bad customer service, and slow internet. read more

This company hasn't got a clue as to how to sell itself. Here's my beef; First they call, and I politely tell their sales person I'm in the middle of a contract and to call me back in a year or so. Next thing I know, I get 6 or 8 more Logix reps either calling me or walking in the door within a week wanting my business. Each is told the same thing. A few weeks go by and a few more calls, then again in a month another walk in, and the cycle continues. I've spoken with several of their sales people about this and they explain that they all have their own database of leads. REALLY!!!. Get a clue Logix, potential leads need to be managed in a central database, and if a lead tells you they are either in a contract and don't call until X time, listen to them and don't berate them with endless calls and solicitations. I simply loath this company for this reason alone, and I'd never do business with them or any company who doesn't have even a basic understanding of how to sell... So, if they suck this bad before the sale, I can't imagine how well they'd handle customer service afterwards. read more

We have been with Logix for over 4.5 years and have not been in a contract for over a year. They tell you that you can terminate service at any time & for any reason if you are dissatisfied, yet when we switched to Charter in January and got internet speeds 30 times faster and same phone service and saved $150.00 per month, they balked. I am sitting here now with a bill for this last month for $580.00 when we were not even using their service?!?! All our numbers were ported over in mid January. My accounting person called them and they said we did not give them 30 days notice so we have to pay a $250.00 fine. I talked to our account rep back at the beginning of January because Charter tried to get the numbers ported over 3 times to no avail. It took them over a month to release my phone numbers to Charter. I was Livid to say the least. My internet service would get so slow we could barely operate. I would go to speedtest.net and it would rank it so low that it made me wonder why I ever got them to begin with. DSL at home is 5 times faster than their T-1. Their T-1 is a joke. Charter offers 30 Mbps up and 5 Mbps down for less than $50.00 a month! No contract! They ripped me for several years and now they are still trying to give me grief even after we terminated service. You would think that when the numbers get ported over to another carrier that it would be a good hint that you just lost another customer. Besides that when I talked to our area account rep back in January complaining about the porting issues she told me she was going to make a note that we were disconnecting service due to poor performance issues on their side. So why keep billing me when I am not under any contractural obligation and we have discussed this with you??? Why are you billing me for the same phone calls and the same billign cycle that I just paid for with Charter, when you do not even have my numbers ported through your lines??? You simply have to know that what your doing is wrong. How could you not know that your billing someone for services your not providing. Get off my wallet, you're fired!!!! read more

Our office, Lake Country Dental has had the worst 2 months with LOGIX's. We have lost more phone calls from our patients trying to make appointments. We are unable to dial out. Our multi-phone lines are not rolling over correctly to our other numbers. Our phone lines have been down for a total of about 14 days worth. We have had technicians come out several times and try to fix these issues and nothing ever works. LOGIX continues to tell us "Its the weather and or RAIN OR WIND". We have had ONE rainy day in this time frame. We have used LOGIX for over 17 years and they are in no rush or care to fix this issue for us. Currently, our patients have not been able to get a hold of our office all week. That is absolutely ridiculous. At the moment we are having to have a few of our phone lines transferred to our personal cell phones, and other software's just to be able to get in contact with them. read more

Our business switched phone/internet service from a big-name carrier to Logix about 3 years ago. The switch dropped our overall price to about 1/3 of the price with our previous carrier. Not only that, our long distance charges dropped so dramatically that there is virtually no charge at all. A few months ago we decided we needed a faster internet speed. The infrastructure in place in our area of Fort Worth could not handle higher internet speeds so Logix brought in custom fiber to our location. This was not an easy process in our area of the city. Logix did a great job of keeping us informed along the way during the entire installation process and they were always on time and courteous during the installation. We are incredibly pleased with our switch to Logix: we have saved money, their technical support is outstanding, we love our new fiber connection and our Logix support team is fabulous! read more
