They have a team of great stylists and an easy online booking system. They do have a big customer base where sometimes you have to reserve a few weeks in advance for the stylist you want. There are different prices in regards to which stylist you want (based on their experience). I've gone to Salon de Elephant numerous times and have gotten cuts from Kei, Michael and recently Maria. Each time I've gone all stylists have been professional and friendly. I tend to go for the same hairstyle and each stylist was able to cut my hair to my liking. The hair wash and massage is always a treat - definitely a great head massage as you lie back and relax. Overall, great salon if you're looking for something around the Willowdale area! Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol.
