The fish and meats were fresh and if you opt for the VIP option, there are appetizers included to nibble on while you cook your other stuff. You also get some more premium options and the hand pulled noodles had a nice chew to them. The service was good. They were efficient with cleaning plates as we used them and the food came out quickly. The sauce station has all the staples you'd expect to assemble your sauce. The AYCE option makes things a bit more affordable, but even if you don't use it, the fresh food will make it worthwhile.

We kept it light and ordered chicken chow mein, pork fried rice egg rolls and chicken fingers with brown gravy. It was our first time and we felt safe trying the basics. The egg roll was AMAZING! Very fresh, very tasty without a need to drown it in duck sauce, and most of all, it wasn't greasy. This was a great start! The rest of the food came out shortly after and was equally terrific.
