I saw staff wiping down surfaces multiple times during our time there. I do with there was a bit more signage and encouragement to use the hand sanitizer considering the shared serving utensils. The restaurant is clearly in it's infancy and I am optimistic that it will improve as they refine their operations. It's nice having another centrally located restaurant that avoids the chaos of the Pine Centre food court. Prince George needs more variety and vibrancy in its dining choices. While this is a welcome addition, it misses the mark on quality. If corporate franchises are going to establish in PG, they should offer consistency and top-tier service from day one.
