The group agreed we all could do better on the first step in recycling, not to contaminate the recycling stream with unwanted items that could jam his sorting machinery or not be handled well by his employee sorters. Plus on the day of our tour we were treated to snacks and marketing giveaways. Our group was an even mix of older woman and men, but we think that younger generations who are concerned about the earth and how much we throw away could benefit and be as engaged as we were about this tour. He talked over me, eventually telling me to take my machine elsewhere, and hung up on me. I had never said an unkind word to him! I sat there stunned. This man is in serious need of counseling. Judging from Moye's reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his nasty temper. I am related to a retired sewing machine repairman who told me that if someone made him mad, he would deliberately damage a customer's machine. I don't know if Moye would do that or not, but I certainly would not trust him. And you people who paid for repairs and received non-functioning machines, three words for you: Better Business Bureau.
