We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.

As you enter the store, they have lot of shopping carts to grab, and you will be amazed with the way the store is organized. The collection is just stunning with the seasonal items, rugs, home goods. Towards another end you can see international food items which is of great quality and quantity and variety. Overall, its a great store with lot of international items worth buying.
