The staff are very attentive and there is parking (just dont forget to get your ticket validated before you leave). The lounge has big comfy seats and is very cosy, they also do a good carvery every day (although if you are staying there I believe the food stops at about 9pm so make sure you eat before that). I had a beautiful veggy soup with brown bread for lunch there yesterday and it was light and tasty but just what I needed to fill me up. This place gets a thumbs up from me!

So don't go out at 7am expecting the shuttle will be there. We left our room at 5:15am, as we went down, the shuttle was there(full) and thankfully we were able to get on after checking out. Make sure to take the right shuttle, as they have to hotels, 2 separate shuttles. - Elevator - they only have three, we came back from Circle K after dinner and there were like 40 people waiting to go up, we ended up taking the stairs. - no AC, yes, NO AC.

The lobby was nice with some seating and a water refill station. It also has a restaurant. The rooms were clean but basic. It was a little odd to have a table, but no chairs to sit at the table. It also had a desk with one chair and an arm chair to sit in. It had a coffee tea station, and also some cookies. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It had a rain, head shower. The front desk staff were excellent. They answered some of our questions and were helpful with directions. They also were able to replenish the tea in the morning before we had to check out. It was a little expensive for an airport hotel.

The service was outstanding including Cian, Cormac and Karl in the bar. The rooms are nicely sized, extremely clean and top notch amenities. When there is Elemis products in the bathroom and a Dyson hairdryer to use after your shower, anyone will feel like royalty. I loved this place and can't wait to come back!

The bed was surprisingly comfortable despite it being old. Decor was dated but I like the fact that you can crack the window open to let in fresh air to chase away the stale smell of the carpet. It had all the luxuries of a hotel (Smart TV with Netflix, coffee/tea maker, super clean, refrigerator in ou- most of our hotels didn't even have one, etc.) plus more! We were greeted by Dan who was extremely welcoming and very very helpful. He helped us plan our early airport trip and even helped us call our rental car company to arrange early drop-off. He also made us food to take with us in the morning. He then gave us all the data we needed to know about local pubs and restaurants which made it super easy for us. The place itself is super charming. But the thing that I liked is that it doesn't give off that "old and antiquated" feel. It looks like the whole place was renovated recently and that it's really well taken care of. We also were provided with snacks and water, which was a very nice touch. I told my husband that I wished we stayed here the first night we arrived because it definitely would give a fantastic first impression of Dublin/Ireland. Most hotels offer shower only rooms after remodeling. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing; included fresh fruits and juices, the traditional Irish entrees or you could opt for pancakes. Every meal includes potatoes; good potatoes. Something special about this hotel is the lavender balm. I meant to request more before I left. You rub this on your wrists or neck before bed and it is supposed to relax you and promote better sleep. It smells so good.
