I went into jump in and there was no one at the front desk or anyone anywhere in jump in. My husband and I waited 30 minutes till two teenagers came in. There is jewelry, food, clothes all at the front desk and someone could've stolen it in the 30 minutes. Finally booking a room and having party the next few days my toddler got a rash. I took her into the doctors and she had STAPH INFECTION in her ear, nose and impetigo on her hand. The doctor said it was from jump in. Because they don't clean. Two sets of different antibiotics later she is finally getting better. I will not be taking her back there and I have told multiple moms not to let their children in there. It's dirty and ran by teenagers!

Depending on the pin placement, some down hill or side hill putts might end up off the green. I've asked for one multiple times since Kellie originally offered it, but she has not only offered excuses for why it couldn't be given sooner, she has simply become unresponsive to my emails. I understand life happens, but when she has unending excuses for why the box couldn't be shipped and why she can't offer the immediate refund that I should get, and then just ignores my emails, I have very little understanding for that. Very unprofessional, dare I say scammer? She took my money and ran with it and offered nothing in return but excuses.
