    Beer and coffee

My husband and I love coming here. the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed. We think it is so so cool that they have a full coffee bar at a brewery! My husband loves their beer. Everything here is so so good. The pizza truck outside is also so yummy and reasonably priced. We came for Trivia night this week and it was really fun. We did not win tho, maybe next time. The workers are all really kind and the place is always clean. Can't wait to come back soon!

The beer selection is great, including ciders and lagers. Not extensive but plenty of good IPAs and some nice sours. The food truck outside has some AMAZING pizza. Their jalapeño breadsticks are also wonderful. 10/10 would come back if ever in Fayetteville again!

This was probably one of the cutest breweries I've ever been to. I couldn't decide between all of the beer choices, so I ended up doing a flight which had five samples 4 ounces each. I decided to try the cherry lime gose, the quad, IPA #3, ODB and the red wine chocolate stout. They were all unique, but I really love the cherry lime gose. It was sour, but not too sour. The, red wine chocolate stout was also a stand out, very tasty and bold. There were a couple different areas that you could sit at, including a patio that was completely covered for winter. There was also a second bar when you first walk in but the main bar was probably my favorite area because it offered a more open space with the garage doors. There was all sorts of dinosaur art and sculptures throughout fossil Cove. It made for a good photo shoot. I would absolutely love to visit again if I'm ever in town.

I wanted a beer and what's better than a local brewery? Nothing when you're wanting a brewski. So I yelped for a brewery and off I went. This place is really cute with a bar area in the front that they rarely use and a bigger bar area with couches, tables, etc. They have quite a few beers (13 at the moment) along with coffee and tea. They usually have a food truck too, so you can get food. They have a bunch of souvenirs and tee-shirts. It was fun with fun customers and lovely employees that make you feel welcome.

Fossil Cove is my favorite Brewery in Fayetteville. The staff and the beers are excellent!! It one of the places that feels comfortable anytime they are open. The two food trucks are both great. Wicked Woodfired Pizza is open on every day except Monday. The Uncommon Eggroll truck is open on Monday and most days earlier in the day. Saturday and Sunday are fantastic days for breakfast at Uncommon. They serve biscuits and sausage gravy on waffle fries. That's not the only offering but is their best seller. Egg rolls are great but I like to have my waffle fries with cheese, green peppers and mushrooms. With two eggs. Great breakfast!!

What a great find!!! Our intent was to grab some pizza at Wicked Woodfired and we stumbled upon Fossil Cove. So of course we had to get some beer with our pizza (as one does). I tried the Birch Ave Blonde and it was pretty good. On my next visit I got the Limd Song and that was a great surprise. I'm craving another pint of that. The atmosphere is chill and just relaxing. It's a great place to hangout with friends and bring your dogs.

This place was such a cool spot. The selection of beers was amazing. Great prices. $15 for the flight wasn't bad at all. Plenty of room to bring all your friends to gather and have some brews.

Super cool place and vibe! The inside is where you can order beer and there is a little food truck outside to order pizza. Everyone was really nice and helpful! We lucked out and got there for happy hour pizza prices so got the seven cheese pizza and jalapeño cheese sticks. I think I liked the cheese sticks best! We got 2 flights of beer to sample all the beers. Even a fun place for kids to be able to go with their parents. I took off a star because the stools and benches are super uncomfortable. But We will be back!

Fossil cove offers good beers and nice ambiance. A little out of the way for me but when I'm in Fayetteville this is my spot. Sometimes they have food trucks that are yummy. The beers are fairly priced, dog friendly as well, and awesome staff. Recommend checking this place out!

Fun place that had good beers. I tried five and liked them all. The tasting was a good price at $10.

We stumbled upon Fossil Cove after having one of their beers in a restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at how great this brewery is. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside has lots of seating, a friendly staff and great beer! Grab a fantastic pizza at Wicked Wood Fired Pizza and beer and relax in their fun atmosphere. I loved the Birch Ave Blonde and will definitely get again.

They were happy to pour a little taste of any of the items on tap, which on this day were 7 beers - a Pilsner, IPA, brown ale, wit, DIPA, pumpkin ale and a wine hybrid. The set up pouring the beer directly from the large kegs was pretty cool to see, and the ones that I tried were very tasty, true to style, cold, and perfectly carbonated. Also glad to see some basic snacks and the covered patio area is a great setup. Beer snob disclaimer: I was disappointed that they do not do flights. Yes, providing the samples ensures you end up with something you like, but the reason I enjoy microbrewery so much is because I don't have to make a decision, but I can have a little selection at my fingertips. Also, flights are great for the things that you enjoy the flavor of, but don't want a 10 or 16 ounce pour of. That said, they did not have any heavier beers like port or stout, and the DIPA was maybe a little lighter than typical. I was also surprised that there wasn't even a single TV, especially on a Saturday college game day. Although I understand not necessarily making yourself a sports destination, most Breweries at least have one with no sound for checking in on the hot event of the day. It's also worth noting with new breweries and new technology that prices will match. $5 gets you a 10 oz pour, $7 for a 16 oz. They're doing great work here and have made a nice place. I will definitely make them a frequent stop.

It's sad for the owners of Fay beer works as they have a lazy manager bringing down their business. He pushes people away. We live right down the street within walking distance and are huge brewery lovers it's our fav thing as a couple to go grab beers and play board games. We will not be back here sadly Also no staple beers?
