A couple of years ago I got their auto refill device installed and enjoy not having to call for a refill or risk running out. Their device notifies them automatically when I go below a comfortable threshold in my tank. As I have expanded my propane use over the years, fireplace insert, water heater, stove, dryer, and pool heater.....I really appreciate the good service they have given me. When I read a couple of negative reviews I felt compelled to write this review to show the side of service I have experienced with them.

When we called for service of the insert (stopped working), we were told they DO NOT service them. They just sell them. Very disappointed and sad with the response. We have had to research other companies in the area to help us resolve the problem. Why would you sell a product but not follow through with assistance in maintaining the insert (or at least recommend what we should do).

They bring them out individually with no box and tell me they have no boxes. A guy directs me to the recycling bin and tells me I can find my own there. Luckily a box came available a few minutes later. I have been buying this stuff for years from other retailers and it was always packaged in a box. I'm not sure these guys are very customer safety conscious. They will be my retailer of last resort.
