I have came across a lot people some not so nice but I still had to do my job in order for me to keep it. But this company the owner refused to handle a situation that arose in a timely matter. I know because I tried to reason and speak him he refused I do not know why but me have been a manger he did not handle the situation in a business type way. He handled as a person who does just a side job poorly. It sadness me because Instead of de-escalating it he escalated to a level of mis trust. I know we all are human and make mistakes. However this company did not want to even entertain that. the problem was not the amount it was the handling of the complaint. Now i know the choice words that were used were not nice. However in a business to keep it rolling and get new clients you have to understand people make mistake and when that happens people are not as nice as they should be and even have bad days. But because of the boss man behavior and telling his man to just leave rather then discuss the issue and resolving it. When i tried to speak to him he just wanted to hang up and when explained that the person has a disability instead of saying oh i get it now he actually discriminated against the individual Which because that i have to file a complaint with the aging and disability department and BBB because we can not allow someone to do that because they don't know how to communicate with someone in that way. If you can not you should not be in business because all types of people need different kinda of service to be provided Allowed the worker to do the maintenance. Because of this and because of a previous issue which I am not blasting out for that because like i sad we are all human and have good days and bad days. But if a company is only there for what they can get rather then listening and allowing their customer to voice the feelings and issue without the worry of being token advantage of. Now I have the fear if they did not do what they claimed on the invoice. As of right i have to post this review until the owner decides to make it right and make me feel I did not get cheated out of services. The main reason why I am making this review is because the situation and the way the owner actually spoke to me. May I say not once was I rude or yell or anything to him. I keep a calm and very respectful tone. Instead of trying to talk to me he angrily dismissed me. I kept my cool even when he just hung up. I will change this once a resolution is made in full i will be posting this in several rating areas if it is not settle by the end of Business day.
