I have recently completed all my surgical stuff and my wife is well on her way to doing so. we are both legally female.. right down to our birth certificate. Not a fetish, Not temporary. Anyhow, so we both came in and Jill helped me, and she was completely awesome. Helping me to select something that had the perfect fit. Kimberly helped my wife out and gave her a couple to choose from and then said "well I guess that exhausts our options" and we basically did not see her again. As we were both getting dressed once more I heard a voice on the other side of the curtain ask me if I had "the surgery" yet. I just responded "yes" because I had nothing to hide. We went up front with our selections and Jill explained to us that one of her coworkers was freaking out because (I forget the exact words) but what I gathered because she did not feel we were "real" Jill gave us her card and explained that we could call and see if she was working and she would gladly help us but she did not know how welcomed we would be there again and that she did not know the owners feelings on the subject. Overall the experience was (OKAY) but I am not sure if this was money well spent. Recommending that my friends and family NOT shop here.

They sell out of my favorite bra in like 5 minutes during this sale, so I usually just suck it up and pay full price at some other time in the year. The customer service is pretty decent. I've never had a problem. Some associates are better than others, but that's pretty normal. I've never had a negative experience that was memorable enough to write about. They've moved locations in the mall a couple times to expand the size of their store and remodel it. It's always improved the shopping experience in here. It's a store I've been shopping at for a solid 15 years, and have no intention of stopping. It's a great store.

We walked in and we're immediately greeted by an employee who asked if we were looking for anything specific. Backpacks. Which were behind the cash register and required an employee to help us. Which she did. I didn't see what I was looking for, so the employee started with recommending her favorite, which ended up being the one I bought. It wasn't what I had originally planned on, but it was cheaper, and fit my needs perfectly. What I like is this employee took the time to give me recommendations, let me go through the entire bag, pocket by pocket to check it out. We ended up looking through 3 total, because they were all different, and one we couldn't open due to the tags, so she automatically grabbed another so I could see everything. She took the time to really help us, and it wasn't rushed. She had all the time in the world to focus on helping us and I appreciate that. The store itself is clean, everything is organized and well spaced, so it's pretty easy to find things. Would I return? So I'm not sure. Because I really didn't see anything else in the store that I couldn't live without. But the customer service was beyond amazing and memorable.
