Especially being a beginner just getting into archery. anyways from my experience there John could really care less about you, me, or anyone else he isn't close friends with. he seemed in a hurry every time I went In to question about things like draw length, peep placement, poundage or really anything that took up his time. he was quick to dismiss questions, was not helpful and I felt like I was a burden asking him to do simple things like change draw length. even after buying a brand new bow which he most definitely over charged me for. All in all id say even with all the experience he may have it makes little to no difference when you've got bad customer service. I am very much under the impression he cares little about the help and satisfaction of his customers except like I said people he personally knows. I couldn't even get him to tune my bow even though I know something isn't quit right he was quick to dismiss me as whatever. So to sum it up if you're new to archery, thinking of getting into archery, or just want to check things out. DO NOT GO TO THE ARCHERY HUT. Go somewhere that's actually going to care about your over all experience and help you find what works best for you. if you don't you'll end up having to pay someone else to do all your bow set up for you. Because as far as im aware its common practice for whatever bow shop you by from to actually set your bow up according to you specifically. and not just let it go out straight off the rack.

Before getting to him, I spent 6 hours of online research and had spoken to 5…read moredifferent stores, trying to find an electrical pump for my Stand Up Paddle Board which had alligator clips, as the one I had was only for cigarette lighters and had already blown my fuse. Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !!
