LYMPHATIC THERAPY VERY IMPORTANT To healing. Highly Recommended for this Senior Friendly Lymphatic…read moreTherapy Company. Dedicated comfort room conducive to relaxing. Excellent caring Therapists. They gently suggests wearing very loose clothing as the treatment requires a light touch rather than a deep muscle massage one might expect. The lymphatic total body system is just below the skin and the light massage creates a gentle push of congested lymphatic fluid up to the heart where it is absorbed into the bloodstream n filtered out through the kidneys. THis is the dead cell disposal system. If the body can't get rid of them, they pool, back up and create havoc on healthy tissue. These delicate pathways can be cut off, injured or removed by surgery causing fluid to pool in the lower extremities , arms, neck, sinuses n clavicle areas. At night the brain also sheads its dead cells into the system and if the path to disposal is not flowing properly, brain fog likely happens. I believe it's imperative to have lymphatic therapy after surgery as this will help the lymphatic disposal system make a new path returning the healing system to optimal function. Don't wait if you have non pitting edema in swollen ankles n calves. Always ask for a referral after surgery Because it isn't always volunteered. This is a good place to go if you need Lymphatic Therapy. I'm a happy patient.

FOUND IT! I called FYZICAL Therapy in East Mesa and talked with Ernesto Hernandez. After talking with him, I knew I found the right place for me. I scheduled an appointment and am I happy I did. Anna, a therapist who deals with lymphedema is great. Every time I walked out of there, I was feeling so much better and I slept better at night. My doctor was very pleased with the progress I made on my shoulder. These therapists also work on balance problems and from what I have seen, they are doing a great job. I watched people when they walked out and they were walking so much better than they did coming in. I will go back when I need physical therapy.

Third time is a charm I have been to Foothills Physical…read moreTherapy for three recoveries, this time after a rotor cuff surgery. There are no better therapists than Lindsey and her assistant Jillian to put you on the road to recovery. It's hard work to get your muscles working the right way. Lindsey develops the correct program and Jillian makes sure I do the exercises correctly. To be corrected and doing the exercises correctly, is very important to me. I always joke around, that I don't want to be mediocre, but exceptional, and Lindsey and Jillian make sure I achieve my goals. After a little more than 3 months of therapy, I'm 90% recovered, now it's up to me to continue to exercises at home. I can highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy. The entire team is welcoming, friendly, professional and they make sure your mobility is restored.

Sciatica pains sucks. I saw Jake Kelso for about 2 months. He didn't just immediately help reduce,…read moreand eventually resolve, my Sciatica pain, he fully listened to me and cared about my worries and concerns. Each time I saw him he asked me specifically how bad my pain was, where was it hurting, what activity was making it worse or better. I didn't just want to be healed, I wanted to know everything about my injury. I asked him a bazillion questions and he patiently and fully answered them all, and clearly enjoyed talking about his profession. He is an experienced professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I am virtually pain free now and he provided me with the knowledge and tools (exercises) to get me fully healed, in time. It appeared that all the therapists there are just as kind, caring and qualified as Jake. They all focused carefully on each of their patients like doting parents. The rest of staff there were wonderful as well (especially Keaton). They are all friendly, kind, caring and full of smiles. They genuinely love what they do, and it showed every time I went. I especially liked the way the entire team there works together. They have great choreography and chemistry, and make each visit there as comfortable and relaxing as they can. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough. They resolved my pain and did it quickly and professionally. You can trust this place.

I don't normally post low reviews, but I honestly was not pleased with this facility or the…read moreservices provided. While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

Matt not only teaches others with calmness and complete focus, he treats his patients the same, totally focused on providing the best care for each individual and is extremely calm which radiates confidence to the patient. After getting two treatments from another PT place, I was referred by a friend to Matt at Foothills and I'm extremely grateful Matt squeezed me in to help me with my shoulder injury, doctors wanted to do surgery but Matt suggested PT along with dry needles/deep tissue massage and it's worked out AMAZING. Talk about night and day difference between PT places, I'd definitely return if I had another injury. The care here from Matt and others is top notch. The facility is clean and orderly, up to date machines and every kind of item needed for exercises for any injury. This office also runs ON TIME, there is never any waiting or wasted time during treatments, very important to me. Totally recommend Foothills PT on Val Vista and definitely see Matt Midkiff.

Bill is by far the most amazing therapist I have ever encountered. My wife had a total knee replacement, and I have had three surgeries to reconstruct my feet. I don't know where we would be without the gentle encouragement and knowledge of the human body that Bill Kentopp puts to use every day. Some physical therapists give you some exercises to do and sit back as you struggle through, as if they were afraid to touch you. Not so at Succeed Physical Therapy. Here the treatment is very much hands-on. Bill inspires other therapists and PT techs to do what he does. With good humor, compassion, and infinite patience as well as awesome knowledge, he guides every hurting patient through the difficult journey of recovering strength, movement, and well-being. He has a servant heart. It's so amazing to see him never hesitate to do tasks that PT should have done and overlooked. There is never public correction, which would be humiliating to the tech. But the next time you come in there has been improvement. So constructive comments are taken seriously. The front desk is also helpful and extremely patient. My wife and I have been coming here for a year and a half. We thank God for this place. God bless Bill Kentopp and all of the staff. It is actually hard not to make progress in healing here. Simply amazing!
