I am shocked about new system using laundry card to upload money to start washers and dryers now. I have to say 4.50-6dollars for washer is expensive. I use 2.50 to wash my clothes. The dryers are cheap. quarter for 5mins. I only need to put dollar in to use 20mins to dry my clothes. Dryer from my place cost me 3-3.50. However, i do like that on Wednesday's its 2 dollars off washers after 4pm. I just wish it was all day. The place is very clean, temperature is cool, bathroom is nice and clean. Vending machine for snacks and drinks not great and expensive. The service not bad and friendly.

She then said, "What's that stain?" in a really almost shocked and annoyed way. I explained it was cat pee and she told me they "probably won't get the smell or the stain out." So I asked if that meant she wasn't even going to try, and she just stared at me. So I told her I have been able to get the smell out of several garments and sheets, that I could probably remove it with vinegar but I needed to know if they could make it any better since this was 100% goose down comforter, and I obviously can't handle that at home. And she SHRUGGED. So I said "Ok, I can go somewhere else." And she said "OK." And she was so unbothered, which makes sense given they probably have plenty of business but it felt like such a bizarre and unwarranted lack of service. When I went to pick them up, several of them had been smeared with what looked like grease. They said they would take care of it. No problem. I came back later to get the shirts and they were still not clean, but appeared to be stained. After calmly and professionally requesting for them to "make it right" the owner physically confronted me, belligerently denied responsibility, told me that "I have got to be sh*tting him" for expecting anything from him, and told me to get out. This might be a decent dry cleaner if nothing ever goes wrong, but if something does - look out. These guys are not registered with the BBB or any of the dry cleaners associations.
